The Royal Swan is a gorgeously remodeled bungalow in Downtown Lakeland, sleeping up to 6 guests and pet friendly! The two-bedrooms feature modern decor with maximum comfort in mind! Spacious living area, dining for 6, work space, and a fully equipped kitchen. The fenced-in backyard or the classic front porch is perfect for relaxation. Centrally located, making it perfect for exploring all that Lakeland and the surrounding areas have to offer. Come be our Guest! We are excited to host you!
â Bedroom One -
The centerpiece of the modern themed bedroom is a lavish, king sized bed with a comfy mattress and linens that promise a restful night's sleep. It has a closet with extra pillows and blankets, full size mirror, and a smart TV.
â Bedroom Two -
This bedroom has three beds. One queen size bed and an adorable twin bunk bed. This room is a Starry night theme and the little ones absolutely love it. This bedroom also has a smart TV. In the closet is a pack n play for the littlest visitors.
We wanted to ensure that this home can house the whole family, and also enough space for the adults!
â Full Bathroom -
Walk in shower only, but we also have a baby bath available for use. We supply towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash by Ginger Lily Farms.
â Living Room:
This open floor plans allows for plenty of natural light. Enjoy a day in playing board games, watching a movie on the large smart TV, or give our scavenger hunt a go. Additional work station set up for remote workers or homeschoolers.
â Kitchen:
The kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with everything you need to unleash your inner chef. Whether you're whipping up a meal from scratch or reheating leftovers, you'll find all the tools you need. For coffee enthusiasts, youâll find a Keurig, Drip Coffee Maker, Pour Over Coffee, and a Coffee Frappe Machine! Coffees, cream & sugar supplied.
â Outdoor Space:
Take advantage of the s'mores kit provided in our backyard oasis. Outdoor seating, propane fire pit, and backyard games. Or rock in the rocking chairs on the classic front porch of our quite neighborhood.

â Discounts: Want to extend your stay? We offer discounts for stays one week or longer.
â Pet Policy: Furry friends, we love you! Pets welcome with a paid pet fee. Dog Crate provided.
â Laundry: Traveling light or staying a while? We have a set of washers and dryers, and we provide laundry soap, too!
