- Beach access is 2 min away by foot, or an even quicker bike or golf cart ride. You're met with Eastern Lake Access where the outfall from the lake meets the beach. It's a real beauty. Eastern Lake is one of the rare coastal dune lakes, which periodically open to exchange waters with the gulf.
- We've got you covered on beach gear too - we'll provide beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella.

- We start you off with the basics; included is a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
- All bathrooms also come fully equipped with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner
- Family friendly too! We have a pack n play available for your little one.

Where you'll rest ⇨
- Primary Suite (1st Floor) King bed with extra seating, storage, smart tv, and a beautiful en suite. The attached bathroom features a double vanity and large walk-in shower.
- Guest Bedroom 1 (2nd Floor) Another King bedroom with an en suite. This room features moody coastal blues, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.
- Guest Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor) Features a Queen bed with fun beachy prints, and a shared hall full bathroom.
- Guest Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor) Bunk room with 4 single beds. (2 Bunk beds, twin over twin) Also shares hall full bathroom.

Other things to note:
- Parking available in the driveway - generally 3 cars will fit. There is no street parking available.
- The pool can be heated for $50/day. Please inquire with us during booking and we can set up for you!
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
