Koinonia At The Beach (Fellowship house) will soon be your favorite beach house in the best 30A location.

BRAND NEW FROM FLOORS TO CEILING, INSIDE AND OUT IN 2021!!

Brand NEW total remodel in March 2021!! This beautiful 2300 sq ft home has new paint in and out, new custom bathrooms in both master bedrooms, refinished floors, new kitchen countertops, new furniture, TVs, and new pool pumps and heater.

This Private home was artfully curated and lovingly decorated with custom high end appointments throughout.

This 30A home affords renters a high degree of comfort and privacy rarely found in this area. It is a very short walk to the public beach access, so getting to and from the beach is NEVER a problem.

This home has a generous pool deck with incredibly private pool that is quite large and can be heated in cool weather for an additional fee, or, sneak out to the cozy screened in balcony for an afternoon nap or hear the rain fall onto the exposed metal roof, it is an amazing restorative oasis. There is a grill and outdoor table for dining.

Also a custom 3 hole putting green in the back yard to hone your skills, putters included.

Parking for 4 vehicles, we can accommodate your parking needs, a rarity on 30A.

As you enter the home, there is a generous living room and sitting area on the entry level along with a Brand New kitchen with new marble countertops, and eat in dining area that seats six along with ample bar seating for four.

The house is set up for your group with 4 bedrooms, and 4 full baths, so no one has to share.

The main level offers a King master with brand new ensuite bath with stand alone tub and separate custom shower.

Bedroom 2 downstairs has 2 sets of twin bunks and attached bath. There is also a washer and dryer down.

Upstairs you will find Bedroom 3: Another roomy King master with ensuite bath

Bedroom 4 is upstairs and features a queen bed, along with a full bed with twin bunk over and ensuite bath.

Sleep 13 in total comfort.

This home is special, and sure to please the most discerning traveler.

We had such an AMAZING time at your home! It seriously could not have been a better set-up for our two families of 4. The heated pool was absolutely a hit with the 4 boys and the putting green was a wonderful added bonus! The new updates could not have been done more beautifully. Seriously can't express what an amazing time we had and how perfect the house was.

Perfect!!
This beach house is amazing. We’ve stayed in several in the area and this was our favorite by far. It was as described, the management company was quick to answer any questions for us, the home was very clean upon arrival. The private pool was wonderful. Beach access was close. Plenty of room for everyone and each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.

Bridesmaids Getaway
My bridesmaids and I spent an incredible and perfect long weekend in this house. The house itself was beautiful and perfect for a group of 9 adults. We especially spent the bulk of our time by the pool, and we made some of our best memories swimming and hanging out by the incredibly private pool area. The location was perfect to restaurants and stores, and a very convenient walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful and quaint and I couldn’t have asked for a better trip to celebrate my future marriage!

Wonderful Family Getaway
Koinonia was exactly as pictured on their website. Spacious enough for family time as well as everyone having their own space. Pool is a decent size for a rental house and beach is less than a 5 min walk. Convenient to all shopping and restaurants.

Great house for families!
Great property! Loved the porches and backyard. Heated pool was awesome! Layout was perfect for 2 families. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. Short walk to the beach. I highly recommend Warren Beach Rentals!
