Perfect place for a local stay! Comfortably slept 2 adults and 2 children. The place was clean, felt safe, great access to the subway and local food spots for a quick bite to eat. Our host had excellent communication and quick response time if anything was needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property is ideally located for a Columbia University visit. It’s only a few minutes away by car, and Uber’s were available in minutes. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Thankgiving Stay

We stayed at this lovely home while visiting the Macy's Thanksgiving parade. We were able to cook a small Thanksgiving meal which we enjoyed after watching Christmas movies. Thank you for welcoming us.

This is second time renting this apartment. Once again Ervin exceeded expectations. Unit is clean, easy to check in to, great location and perfect space for us. Communication is the best I have had with a rental too.

Cozy, Clean, Quiet and functional place

We enjoyed our stay in this place. Very functional, clean and comfortable place. Hostess were attentive, professional and friendly! Close proximity to train station, stores and restaurants. A little oasis in NYC

Good value for Manhattan.

This is a basement apartment. Pretty good value considering closeness to NYC subway with all the access this provides. Neighborhood is not very clean. Host is responsive.

NYC New Years Vacation

We found this 1 bedroom apartment to be quite the cozy nook at an affordable rate for New Years week in Manhattan. We were a 5 minute walk from a subway station with access to anywhere in the city we wanted to go - the host was gracious and kept in constant communication with us via text including when we arrived to check in to make sure we were in safely - we were able to check out easily and we would recommend this place for a cozy place to recover from a long day in the city - a very nice shower and a projectile screen in the master bedroom were added pluses - my wife thought it was very tastefully decorated - we would recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting the city and doesn’t mind riding the subway

My most favorite hosts ever!

We’ve stayed in 31 country in so many rentals and these hosts are my favorite. We’ve been lucky enough to rent from them twice and each time these guys have gone out of their way to make sure our stay is easy and carefree. They’ve gone out of their way to make sure we have what we need from the start and they honestly could not have done more for us. We felt safe and the checkin process was super easy. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend it. We will return! Thanks guys!
