Our condo is designed for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway. It features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. High-speed internet and cable TV are included to keep you connected between beach trips.

PLANNING YOUR STAY
- Check-in: The primary guest must be 30 years of age or older.

- Essentials: We provide a starter kit (2 rolls of TP per bath, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 trash bags). For longer stays, please plan to bring additional laundry/dish soap and personal toiletries.

- Environment: To maintain a fresh environment for all, this is a strictly smoke-free and pet-free unit.

- Community: No large parties or family gatherings are permitted out of respect for our year-round neighbors.
