Welcome to The Buckley, a newly renovated cabin centrally located along the Bourbon Trail! This 4 bedroom/ 3bath cabin sleeps up to 10 guests, and is a short drive to some of the world's most favored distilleries. With its modern KY charm on a private 2-acre setting coupled with thoughtfully selected comfortable furnishings, our cabin offers relaxation for your Bourbon Trail stay.
*Must be at least 25 years old to book, and be staying at the property the duration of the reservation.

We welcome 1 furry companion up to 50 lbs. Additional non-refundable pet fee of $100.00 will be applied. A dog crate, dog bed, and water/food bowls are provided:
- Dog must be crated if unattended.
-Clean dog blanket provided to protect furnishings- please use during your stay.
-Please clean up your pet waste from the yard.

One bedroom is located on the first floor while the other three bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor. The Four bedrooms are tastefully decorated with high-quality linens, comfortable pillows, and brand new memory foam mattresses to give you a well-rested sleep after a long day. Each bedroom has it’s own 50” Smart TV for you to stream your favorite shows from your own accounts (no cable).

BR 3 on 2nd floor: 2 queen beds
BR 4 on 2nd floor: Primary 1 King bed+ sun room with a double fold down sofa, perfect for kids or additional guest

There are three bathrooms offering plenty of room and privacy. The home has a tankless hot water heater to ensure all guests can shower without running out of hot water. Toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion) and plush towels are provided.

1st floor: Bathroom with step-in shower
2nd floor: Bathroom with soaking tub/shower combo
2nd floor: Primary bathroom ensuite with soaking tub/shower combo and double vanity

The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully-equipped for prepping large meals. The dining room accommodates up to10 guests.

-Sunroom connected to the primary bedroom, offers a sleeping fold-down sofa and coffee bar, for early solo coffee, meditation, napping, or solo time


Our location is just 4.5 miles away from the Lawrenceburg Central Business District , so very close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. Transportation is necessary to get around. Host can recommend tour guides for arranging distillery tours, tastings, and transportation.


☆☆ NOTES☆☆
-Tankless hot water heater, so HOT showers for all guests, never running out of hot water
-The home is comfortably cooled/heated with a heat pump system. Mini-split on front porch and upstairs sitting area off Primary Bedroom
-The area is not fenced to keep animals or children contained
-As a guest, you have access to the entire home (3,000 sq.ft.) except the ‘owner's closet’ in the primary guest room (there
is an additional guest closet in the same room for your use), and a second ‘owner's closet’ off of the kitchen
-To enhance protection of the property, there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, which records audio and video.
The camera actively records the street in front of the house, as
well as the driveway entrance. Please be assured that the camera is configured to respect your privacy and does not have
visibility into any interior spaces.
- Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
-The guest is responsible for their own travel insurance to cover any delays and/or cancellations. Host purchases damage insurance for each guest.
-No glass is allowed in the hot tub- any glass in the hot tub will result in a $250.00 fine
-This is a no smoking property- any evidence of smoking inside the house will result in a $500.00 fine
-No pets are allowed- any evidence of pets on property will result in a $250.00 fine and guest asked to leave immediately without refund.
-Check-in is flexible anytime after 4PM
