My group of 5 couples stayed here so we could do the bourbon trail and Keeneland. The home worked perfectly for us. The owners were so nice and provided both emailed info and communication via phone call prior to our visit. If I take another large group to KY, I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful property! Central location perfect for exploring multiple areas along the bourbon trail. Owners were very sweet and made sure we knew all the ins and outs of the property and that we had everything we needed for a great stay. Loved watching the deer and turkeys every morning.

Even though I got sick and couldn’t go the rest of the group had a great time!! Perfect place for the group and close to distilleries on the bourbon trail!

Christmas in Kentucky

Had a wonderful time with family here. Lots of room for everyone and lots of bathrooms. The property was beautiful and the owner really cared that we had a good time.

Went with 5 other guys...loved the property, wildlife on site, pasture views, solitude. Everyone got a big bed, plenty of room, clean all needed amenities, priced great...just what we were looking for...highly recommend

Great Visit!

The house was big enough for 6 grown men on the bourbon trial and was quiet for some peaceful mornings. Well located to hit a number of distilleries. We really enjoyed it! Thanks to Emmett for making it easy to check in and check out.

Family Farm House Rental

Our stay was excellent and the home was so inviting - nothing but great things to say about this rental! The owners are the sweetest couple to work with and extremely helpful! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a Farm House rental.

Stayed here with family of 6. Great house for us. Open floor plan. Great views from both porches. Easy drive to Lexington and Louisville.

Favorite spot on Bourbon Trail

This was our second stay at this property and we’re already planning our next. Spacious home. Beautiful property. Feels like home. Have no plans to stay anywhere else on our next leg of the KY Bourbon Trail. Also, best host ever!

Great Stay, Great Bourbon Tour

Visiting KY for some bourbon. Five friends that need a little space. This farm property was perfect for our group. Plenty of room and nice accommodations. The owner personally called to provide good directions and instructions for our stay. This property is off the beaten path, but worth a few extra miles to get there.

Quiet and Spacious

The Owner was very responsive and helpful. Home is sitting on a hill where you have view all round you. Both deer and Turkey are visible from the back porch twice daily. We had everything we needed.

Magical

This property and house are just magical- more than enough room for 4 couples- the property was so relaxing- watching the deer and turkeys and an occasional wandering dog! Got to catch up around the fire pit almost ever night!

Return Visitor, Always Perfect

This is the second year we have stayed in the home for a guy's bourbon trail weekend. It's a great spot that is close to several distilleries, while being out in the country. Our group had a great time, enjoyed the morning workouts around the farm, sunrises, the evening fires and sunsets. Emmet is super welcoming and answered any questions we had.

Reflection Time

This house on the ridge is the perfect place for reflection time around the pit fire each evening after visiting distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. Beautiful views of Sunrise and Sunset. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy good times with good friends.
