The pictures really do justice! Perfect for our group of adults who gathered to celebrate a 50th birthday and touring the Bourbon Trail and horse farms. Communication excellent with owners. Almost immediate responses throughout the process and stay. Had a wheel chair need on first floor, and it worked out very well (few steps down to game room). No complaints from anyone in our group. Highly recommend.

Lovely

The property was beautiful just as the pictures are. Kristine and Scott were awesome Hosts checking on us and communicating with us promptly. Layout of house is perfect with lots of space. Bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. We had a lot of fun with the ice cream maker, huge hit. The stores and meat market were nearby. You will love this house. Our family went to The Ark, Louisville Slugger museum and tour.

This house was perfect for a big family gathering! There was space for everyone, it was easy to cook with the big stove and double oven, and the location was perfect for everything, whether you’re interested in bourbon or not. Beds are comfortable, everything was very clean, and communication from the hosts was top-notch. A few things to keep in mind that didn’t jump out to me in the listing: - they provide a smoker, not a grill, which was great for us because we knew how to use it, but don’t show up expecting to grill a few burgers in 20 minutes. - there are a lot of rooms, but sound carries a bit from the common areas into the bedrooms, so our 3yo waking up at 5:30 every morning and our 20yos staying up til 1am were slightly incompatible - the water pressure is very different in each of the showers, very good in some bathrooms and very weak in others

Bourbon Country Family Retreat

This property fit our family gathering of 14 perfectly. The home is in a prime location to distilleries, nice & clean, stocked with the basic amenities, and the game room was wonderful to have. We would definitely come back if we are in the area.

Bourbon Trail Getaway

We had a great long weekend getaway with some family and friends, exploring the bourbon trails near by. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space to stay comfortably. Location was ideal as it was nearby many of the distilleries we had on our list. Communication was the host was great and frequently checked in to see if anything was needed.Would certainly recommend and was stay there again!

Wonderful in every way!

Fantastic communications with the property manager and beyond easy check-in process. The managers provided a digital guide for all things home related and surroundings related prior to arrive so we went prepared. Will stay again in a heartbeat!

Bourbon trail and Keeneland Stay

Our group of 14 absolutely loved our stay. The accommodations were nice and spread out and provided incredible space for us all and we were not on top of each other. The bar/game room was a great space for us to relax and watch the NFL draft! We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect getaway

As expected by photos and description. There was plenty of room for everybody to enjoy themselves whether it be jacuzzi, sauna, movie room, etc. Some great nature to explore nearby. Grocery stores nearby as well as restaurants. The locals were friendly towards us. Didn’t really want to leave.

Luxury on the Bourbon trail

This is a great house, exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean, spacious, beautiful. Despite the weather not quite cooperating with our plans, we still had an amazing time in the house and were never bored. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very responsive to our questions. DEFINITELY, we would love to return with a group of friends/family when the weather is a bit warmer to really take advantage of this awesome location.

Wonderful stay on the bourbon trail!

Online listings often do not live up to the expectations, but this place exceeded expectations on all fronts. The recreational room is such a great concept, and made for a great “game day” with football and music on all televisions. We had a cornhole and darts tournament while we were snowed in, enjoying great bourbon. Kristine and Scott left us nice gifts which was very appreciated. Hope to make it back!! Thanks for making it a great bachelor party

Wonderful space, location, and hosts!

We stayed 4 nights in late December with kids and grandkids and had a great time visiting, eating, touring, and hanging out. We had an excellent time at Buffalo Trace Distillery and Mill Ridge Farm. The house had everything we (12) needed, and Kristine was very helpful with the questions we asked.

Great Holiday with extended family

We enjoyed our stay! We brought our extended family to Kentucky to see the Ark and enjoy our Christmas getaway. This house accommodated us very nicely. We had a blast. Very clean, good amenities, comfortable beads and areas to rest. Game room was a hit with everyone. I love to cook, so my small gripe may be that they need updated cookware, but everything else was top notch.

Perfect bourbon trail accommodations

Fantastic house and property! The accommodations inside and out were perfect for our group of 40 somethings. The location was nicely located where we could enjoy many parts of the bourbon trail easily. After tours and tastings this was the perfect spot to come back to and hangout. We were able to sit around the fire at night and enjoy evenings of football games in the game room with the multiple TVs. The living room and kitchen were open concept which made it easy to socialize among ourselves. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious and all the little extras were wonderful (welcome basket, coffee, nespresso, Keurig pods all provided). I would highly recommend for your bourbon trail stay!
