My name is Retta I’m a South Carolina native. Murrells Inlet is a second home for my family. My husband Kurt and I have been happily married since 1997. We share two beautiful daughters. Our family loves spending time boating, doing water sports, swimming , listening to live bands , going on the beach, dining out, antiquing and investing in real estate as we can. Given all the things we love to do, Murrells Inlet has always been the perfect central location for us. We spent the entire summer of 2024 updating our condo so we could share it with others and allow others to fall in love with Murrells Inlet along with it’s close surroundings of Garden City , Pawleys Island , Surfside , Georgetown, & Litchfield. I have no doubt you will love the south strand area.

Our condo is nestled in the heart of the south strand coastal area offering seasonal outdoor pool, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball. The neighborhood is quiet with 2 ponds of which our condo is directly between the two. The unit is located directly across from the tennis court area and swimming pool amenities so you only have a few steps to make & walk across to enjoy. There are countless golf courses with in a very short drive. We are located only a 3 min. short drive to the popular Marsh Walk that offers numerous fantastic restaurants with waterfront dining and live music. We spend many nights there enjoying listening to many talented musicians. Numerous public beach access points in Garden City our favorite being right near the Garden City pier which has live music( seasonal times), fishing , arcade, ice cream, restrooms & food. Our condo is just a short drive to the beautiful Huntington State park beach and Brooke Green Gardens. We are 3 mins to inter-coastal waterway with waterfront dining at the marina. Countless antique shops, boutique stores, putt-putt golf, malls, restaurants are plentiful, boat excursions, deep sea fishing, water sports, & beaches. You could spend weeks on end here and not be able to do all our area has to offer.

Our condo was completely updated through out the summer of 2024. It’s located directly across from the neighborhood amenities. Therefore it is only steps to enjoy the pool, tennis/pickle ball /basket ball courts. We are one of the few units located between 2 ponds offering views of both from the condo. There are only a few steps from parking to our units door as we are the very first door to your left as you enter breezeway. Our unit offers a private stairwell entry up to our 2nd floor one level living area. So no worries of any noisy footsteps above your sleeping quarters here. The condo offers a fully stocked kitchen. We provide all the linens and towels. This location is literally central to all the south strand has to offer. Even if you venture up into Myrtle Beach areas it’s a short drive. If you venture south to Historic Georgetown it’s still a short drive. If you decide to make a day trip to Charleston it would take you about an hour and half drive.
