The Fire Tower is in a perfect location, one block from King St. There is actually an entrance to the Fire Tower on King St. We had a fabulous trip. We explored all of King St and the French Quarter as well drove to Folly Beach one day too, only a 25 minute drive away. The Fire Tower was so clean and quiet, we will definitely stay here again. The host had quick and clear directions on how to check in and out. 1st class all the way!!

The location of this property is excellent for exploring downtown Charleston. Within walking distance to many of the attractions and excellent restaurants. Unfortunately we found, along with other people staying in the building, the location to be very difficult to find the first time. Incorrect address is given in the property description. Once found, access in and out of the parking area is very very very tight. Parking is available but where you park depends on the unit you rent. We had to park in a parking garage 2 blocks away. We have a handicap sticker and there was a handicap space in the lot, but was told we could not use it. Very little useable counter top space in the kitchen for cooking. Microwave takes up a lot of room. Unit could have a small washer/dryer combo in the bathroom, lots of wasted space. Communication with the management company was very good. They took care of all our additional needs and provided information when we requested. It would have been nice if we would have gotten the information on how to find the building the day before and not at 11 am when we were driving to Charleston.

Our host was extremely responsive. David was so helpful, sending us places to visit, favorite restaurants and more. The Fire Tower is just as the pics show. The bed is so comfortable and everything is very clean and well kept. If we are ever in Charleston again, we will definitely be staying here again. It is walking distance to so many restaurants and you can quickly get to anywhere you want to go from this location. Highly recommend this property!

This place was perfect for my husband and I! The location is close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The fire station is located right in front of the condo but it was surprisingly a quiet area.
