Beautiful, restored home a few steps from downtown Manistee!
Welcome to "Casa Bonita"! This is a historic three bedroom (2 of the rooms are in the upstairs area and are connected), 1.5 bath home located one block from historic downtown Manistee, one block from the beautiful riverwalk and one mile from the most beautiful beach on Lake Michigan (voted in 2024)! Relax in the super comfy living room or in our outdoor space. Walk to several local attractions (Lake Michigan, Riverwalk, several bars, restaurants, breweries and much more). Enjoy a lovely getaway in this recently renovated and cozy classic!
The property was perfectly located a couple blocks from downtown Manistee, everything was clean and tidy, the host was always available for questions, and just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beach.
Great location close to downtown. Clean. Lots of room for our family of four. Host was very accommodating to our last minute request. Would definitely stay here again.
From easy check in to easy check out, our stay was absolutely wonderful. The home is located within easy walking distance to town and is so comfortable. The bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were all super clean and organized. I had a couple of questions for the owner, who answered me right away. All in all an excellent stay! Highly recommend!
This place has spices, food storage containers, plenty of glasses and drink ware. It is clean and fresh. Nice new appliances. There were canned cocktails in the refrigerator and plenty of ice. Beautiful flooring. Downstairs is wood floor and marble. Upstairs is carpet. The upstairs is a common area with a daybed plus a bedroom and bathroom--good for families with kids. Not private for 2 individuals. There are steps to get into this house-not accessible. Hosts are very quick to respond. 2 block walk to downtown and the Ramsdell Theater--perfect for our Christmas celebration weekend. We plan to come back here next year and do it all again!
Hello! We live in downtown Detroit and have been vacationing in Manistee since 2012. We are world travelers and love the outdoors. Manistee is a hidden gem that we love so much and are lucky to call it our 2nd home :).
Our house was built in 1920 and there is no other house that looks like ours. It is very deceiving from the outside as it looks small, but it is very spacious inside. We have very nice amenities including a brand-new kitchen, a beautiful living room and a brand-new bathroom too! We also have a very unique art deco fireplace. We have 2 parking spots and street parking is also allowed.
