Welcome to our coastal oasis in the charming neighborhood of Ocean Beach, San Diego! Our beautifully designed property is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and experience the laid-back, beachy vibe of this vibrant community.
A/C and Heating wall units in 2 out of 3 bedrooms and in the living room. (1 bedroom does not have AC).
Our property features three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, each thoughtfully decorated to capture the essence of coastal living. The bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable king size beds and plenty of storage, guaranteeing a great night's rest. The living room is designed to be a cozy and inviting space, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Ocean Beach. The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances you need to cook up a delicious meal and enjoy it al fresco on the large balcony.
The real highlight of our property is its prime location in the heart of Ocean Beach. You'll be just steps away from the beach, where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing. The famous Ocean Beach Pier is just a short walk away, as well as the quaint main street, where you'll find plenty of unique shops, delicious restaurants, and bars.
Our property also includes free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected while you're on vacation. Whether you're looking to relax and unwind or explore all that Ocean Beach has to offer, our coastal oasis is the perfect place to call home. We look forward to hosting you in our beautiful home!

The layout:
From main entrance you will find the living space with a large pull-out couch, large tv and some spectacular views of San Diego. Next to the living room is a spacious dining area with large table that comfortably seats 8 people with amazing views to enjoy sunsets while eating. Past the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen to cook meals for the entire family. Behind the living space is three large bedrooms that are all outfitted with king beds. One of the bedrooms has a desk and chair to offer a place to get some work done. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway and a ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom.
The exterior of the home has multiple seating areas and spaces to enjoy the San Diego weather and sunshine. Off the living room on the front of the home is a large patio area with a BBQ and outdoor dining table to hang out with friends and family and watch the nightly Sea World firework show or the amazing California sunsets.
Park one vehicle in the driveway and plenty of additional free street parking out front.
RULES GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors.
SAN DIEGO BEACH RULES: Please note you will be ticketed if not followed: • Do not take glass of any kind to the beach • No drinking on the beach or boardwalk or seawall • No smoking/vaping on the beach
PROPERTY RULES: 1. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own. 2. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or outside of the property. 3. No loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. 4. Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host. 5. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. 6. Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use. 7. If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please message us immediately so that they can be resolved. PET RULES: 1. Guests agree to always keep their dog under control. 2. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by pet(s). 3. Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by pet(s) 4. If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, it will be documented, and necessary replacement or repair costs will be charged to guest(s). 5. Guests agree that their dog is housebroken. 6. No pet(s) under the age of 1 year old. 7. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventative is highly recommended. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. 8. Guests agree that the pet will not get on the furniture or bedding. There will be a $100 additional fee if pet hairs are found on the furniture or bedding. 9. Guests agree that dog(s) will be rinsed of sand & dried thoroughly before entering the unit. Guest linens & towels should never be used on your pet! 10. Guests agree that dog(s) will not be washed in the bathtubs or showers inside the unit. This must be done in the outside shower or with the hose. 11. Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements. 12. Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their pet(s’) waste promptly. If not, you will incur a $50 fine. 13. Guests agree to keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately. 14. No personal pet beds or other such items should be put in the washer or dryer! We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors. No smoking in the property.

Spacious bedrooms, great view to the ocean, and loved the walkability to OB. Careful of the master bedroom shower- can be very slippery and almost fell.

We had a great stay! The house was updated, clean and perfect for 3 couples with 2 babies and dogs. We had outdoor space to hang out after the kids went to bed and having 3 king beds was so convenient. The walk to the center of town and beach was super easy, the walk back was a bit steep up the hill but doable so long as you're in moderately good shape (we had a friend with a broken foot that did fine). The view from the house is amazing, the listing pictures don't do it justice, and the neighbors were very friendly (even gave us a few lemons from their tree!) Would highly recommend staying!
