Circle Views # 1602 est une retraite spacieuse de deux étages située dans un superbe quartier central de Big Bear Lake. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et ouverte avec des comptoirs en granit pour une cuisine gastronomique et des réceptions, un îlot central avec des sièges de bar, un coin repas et un accès à la terrasse arrière clôturée avec terrasse et barbecue au propane. Le salon impeccablement décoré et meublé offre deux canapés confortables, une TV / DVD, une cheminée à bois, une salle de bain complète, une laveuse et une sécheuse superposées et une cour arrière clôturée. L'emplacement est une promenade facile au lac pour la pêche en été, et est proche de deux ports de plaisance, et à seulement une minute en voiture du quartier commerçant de Big Bear Village et des pistes de ski.

Cozy house in a great location!

This house is in a great location on a hill. We had a good amount of snow and were able to sled right out in front. It was super cozy with a nice view of the mountains and the kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of space for a family of 5. I can't wait to stay in this house again.

Family Vacation

We had a great time on our vacation and enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was beautiful and was a perfect size for our group. The bathrooms were all updated and there were TVs in every bedroom. We gave it three stars on the cleanliness because we noticed an order in the living room and the bathroom, but we would still recommend this house and we would stay here again.

Not happy with this property!!!

The home was dirty and there were several things that were broken. It seems that this home is not being taken care of. Large crack down the middle of the house. The kitchen is not stocked with necessary items to really cook in. No trash bags, no dishwasher soap to run the dishwasher, no foil to cook with, the frig was completely empty, and so was the pantry. Not enough blankets or towels. I was grossed out sleeping in the bed because I felt like everything was dirty. When we arrived the smoke detector was going off with a load beeping noise. We called to get it fixed. It took them over 2 hours to come and when he did, he didn't have a ladder to reach the smoke detector. He said he would come back the next day to fix it, but never showed up. We were not happy with our experience and this is the first time this has ever happened. We have always loved VRBO, but this was horrible.

Our stay was amazing and very accommodating

Hi, my family and I stayed here for Christmas weekend. And it was an amazing stay. Check in was easy and the house was really big and in a good neighborhood

Could of done better

Property is listed for sale and was generally run down Windows were filthy, construction debris under the deck, Fireplace mantle was coming off. Home had NO WIFI??? There were no garbage bags

Great cabin for the weekend

This house had great views from the front of the house. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed for cooking. Plenty of space inside and walking distance to the lake which was really nice.

Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
