Our stay in this Sarasota home was overall a delightful experience. The property is beautiful, well-appointed, and provided a very comfortable setting for our visit.There are, however, a few areas where the experience could be improved:1.Cleaning crew timing: The cleaners arrived at 10:04 a.m., just minutes after the 10:00 a.m. checkout. While they were technically on schedule, the immediacy of their arrival made us feel rushed as we gathered our belongings. A short buffer between checkout and cleaning would create a more relaxed departure experience.2.Checkout time: A 10:00 a.m. checkout felt a bit early. Extending checkout by even an hour would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and allow for a more comfortable transition at the end of the stay.3.Garage access: We were disappointed that the garage was not available for parking, as it was occupied by a street-legal golf cart. The ability to park in the garage was one of the factors that influenced our decision to rent this home, so its unavailability was a letdown.Aside from these matters, the home itself was lovely, and we truly appreciated the opportunity to stay there.

We recently stayed at a beautiful house in Sarasota, Florida, just minutes from the famous Lido Beach, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.Cleanliness:First, the house itself was spotless. Every room was well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels ready for us. The kitchen was immaculate and stocked with all the necessary cookware and utensils. The bathrooms were sparkling clean, with plenty of toiletries provided. It was clear the owners take real pride in keeping the property in excellent condition.Pool Area:The private pool was a little on the smaller side and not very deep, but it was the highlight of our stay. It was clean, well-filtered, and the perfect temperature for swimming both during the day and in the evening. It felt like our own private oasis after a long day at the beach.Proximity to Lido Beach:Lido Beach was just a short drive away. We loved how easy it was to get there for morning swims, shell collecting, or watching the sunset. The beach itself was pristine, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. Our family spent hours playing in the surf and building sandcastles.Overall Experience:We had such a great time making memories here!

This home was a great place to stay! The house was very clean & the host had everything well supplied. I highly recommended it if you’re looking for a place with a nice private pool but it’s a drive to the beach which we didn’t mind since we liked having our own pool.

Beautiful house, just a short drive from everything

This house was pristine, spacious, and well-appointed, with a great pool and outdoor grill out on the lanai. The pool was perfect for families with kids, too—at its deepest it was 5 feet, and there were plenty of pool toys there at the house.It was a short ride to downtown, beaches, restaurants, stores... it was easy to get to everything we wanted to see in Sarasota. Just a great place to stay on vacation.

Sibling Vacation

First and foremost, the property was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured, only better in person. I have never seen a better stocked VRBO. The labeling of the light switches and kitchen cabinets were very helpful. We had a great reunion and thank you very much. By way of suggestion, it would be nice if there were hooks to hang wet shower towels on in both bathrooms. I am not sure that the pool was heated and if so, it was not very warm especially since we paid extra for it. You may want to include what temp it will be heated to.We did not have a remote for the garage when we arrived and also no book to sign. But again, thank you for the memories!Janis Mosher
