We were a large group - 3 sisters and 10 daughters/nieces. The spacious house was great. Sparkling clean when we arrived. Lovely views. There were a few minor issues but the owner was very helpful and helped with them in a timely manner.
The living room was perfect for visiting.

The home was spacious, clean and had amazing views on every level. The kitchen was well stocked (except for wine glasses), and large enough to allow many cooks in the kitchen at once! The beds were very comfortable; great linens too.

The house has great Sound views and close to Ft. Casey. The driveway is a little steep. The living room is nicely set up for family gatherings. The host was very accommodating and prompt on responses.

So perfect! The kitchen had everything you could think of. The house was beautifully maintained. A lot of care was placed on quest comfort. We didn’t want to leave.

The property is in a fantastic location and the house is beautiful as advertised! I reserved this house for my wedding weekend on whidbey and overall, they had a great experience. However, be warned that the hosts will be watching their ring cameras and methodically counting the number of guests that go into the house at all hours which was unfortunate considering it was a wedding weekend and people were coming in and out.

Well appointed property with a stunning view and lovely, welcoming indoor spaces that provided the perfect place for our group of 10 college girlfriends to reconnect, relax and rejuvenate, and share stories while creating new memories!The property exceeded our high expectations based on the description and the photos shared on the VRBO site. Their were magnificent views from the home and the deck. Our host was incredibly responsive to all of our inquiries and helpful about things to see and do on the island. She enhanced our experience of the island with her support.Typically we dine out each night. With this property, the kitchen was so well equipped and the vibe in the space so appealing that we stayed in and cooked together. We had three of our four dinners at the home. If you choose to dine out - we loved our experience at the Oyster Catcher (book early!) It is centrally located to all there is to do on the Island - Deception Pass State Park, charming Coupeville, the vibrant town on Langley, Spoiled Dog Winery, Ebey Reserve Bluff Pass, Price Sculpture Garden, Fort Casey, and more.We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Whidbey Island. It truly was a perfect choice for our Gal's Getaway weekend and would be ideal for a family gathering as well! You will love your experience here!

Our group of seven 60-something women loved our time at Yvonne’s house. The large, comfortable living spaces, with a fabulous deck overlooking Penn Cove, along with plenty of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms, was better than many of us expected, and a great place to hang out and cook meals together. It’s an easy walk to the beach, as well as to the great Price Sculpture Forest (highly recommended). Coupeville is a short drive (or long walk) away, and the spectacular Ebey’s Landing bluff trail is also nearby.

Perfect Trip

The house has everything you will need for an awesome trip. We used the kayaks and SUP as well as the chairs. The beach was pretty and we had it to ourselves. Slightly windy but still great. Coupeville is quaint and cute. We loved our stay!

This property was perfect for our family reunion. Fourteen of us, ages 6-65, gathered for three days. Everything that we needed was available to enjoy the beach, the marine museum and wharf, sculpture park, meals, games, and terrific views. The owner was very responsive and we would definitely book again. Highly recommend.

Awesome stay!

We had a great Christmas stay here with family and friends. The property is awesome with amazing views. It is also very well maintained and well euipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms had a lot amenities and plenty of toiletries and the space downstairs was a lot of fun for the kids with the bunk bed room and the giant TV. The hosts were also very responsive - we had a small issue with hot water in one of the bathrooms that they took care of promptly. Overall, an awesome experience and definitely strongly recommended.

Checks All of the Boxes for a Vacation Home

Came to the "Luxe Lookout" on a vacation with my family and some friends. Our expectation was to stay in a nice house with a decent location that would give us plenty to do as a family. Exceeded all of our expectations, first off the location is perfect, you are a quick walk to the beach, 180 degree view of the Sound and adjacent islands, and just down the road from the town of Coupeville. In the mornings you have an amazing view, you can stand out on the 2nd level deck and enjoy the calm water with a cup of coffee; most mornings you would see deer grazing in the front lawn of the house. It was also nice to head down to the beach in the morning when the tide was back as you could find many little ocean treasures in the sand. In the afternoon we loved to head into town and get some ice cream and just walk around. There is a pickleball court in the park just at the end of town, we visited that a couple times during our stay. In the evenings it was great, while enjoying the view you can have a drink out on the deck while Barbequing, see deer in the front yard; we also spent most nights playing games. The house is very large, plenty of room, immaculate condition, and pretty much anything you would need during your stay. We will be back for sure.

Spacious and well appointed home with well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding, and good WiFi/TV facilities, all in quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views of the sound. Great for a reunion.

Great Summer Get Away

This beautiful, well appointed home comfortably fit 5 couples. It was located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked for group dinners. We enjoyed the visiting bald Eagle, bunnies, and deer. We spent a lot of time on the expansive deck admiring the amazing view.

BEST Beach House on the Island

My family and I stayed at this lovely beach house for a week and it could not have been a more perfect stay. The house is super cozy with stunning beach views and a quick walk to the private beach down below. We enjoyed site seeing and checking out the little downtown nearby with the cute shops and restaurants. The house itself had everything we could possible need and the check in and out was effortless. The kitchen was well equipped and we made most our meals at home. Definitely worth the stay and a gorgeous gem of a house with plenty of room for multiple people to stay comfortably. We can’t wait to go back next summer!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Luxe Lookout, and I wanted to share my wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty and charm of the property. Firstly, the location was absolutely perfect. Situated near the water, the house offered breathtaking views of the ocean. I enjoyed waking up to the sound of the water and watching the stunning sunsets in the evening. The proximity to the beach made it incredibly convenient to take relaxing walks along the shore or simply lounge on the beach. The house itself was immaculate and well-maintained. It was evident that the hosts took great care in ensuring everything was in top-notch condition. The interior was beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The furnishings were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of the house was the outdoor area. The patio and deck provided the perfect space for lounging and enjoying the ocean breeze. I spent many hours unwinding in the comfortable outdoor furniture, sipping my morning coffee or indulging in a good book. The nearby beach access was a fantastic addition, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the beach whenever I pleased. Furthermore, the amenities provided were outstanding. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils, allowing me to prepare my own meals effortlessly. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, and the entertainment options, including several smart TVs and a collection of board games, ensured there was never a dull moment. I cannot recommend this rental house enough. It offered a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat by the ocean, this rental is a definite winner. I will certainly be returning for another memorable stay.

The home had an amazing view and is in a great location next to the beach and Coupeville. The home had a great appearance inside and out and was an amazing place to stay in a beautiful location. Zero complaints with the house and everything went amazing.
