Located just outside charming Coupeville, this beautifully designed home sits directly on the edge of Harrington Lagoon, offering uninterrupted water views and the perfect blend of indoor-outdoor living.
Start your mornings with coffee on the deck, lounge on the green lawn in Adirondack chairs by the water, or unwind in the hot tub as the sun sets across the lagoon. Two firepits, a cozy outdoor dining area, and a BBQ make alfresco living a daily ritual.
Inside, the chic interior is bathed in natural light thanks to oversized windows that frame the spectacular scenery. The living room offers plush seating, a fireplace, and a large TV for relaxing nights in, while the gourmet kitchen invites you to cook with a view. Gather around the dining table for meals set against the backdrop of the water, or take advantage of the sunny office nook for a bit of focused work before heading back outside.
With four bedrooms, there's space for everyone to relax. The primary suite features panoramic views, the second bedroom opens directly to the deck and hot tub, the third has dual beds perfect for friends or kids, and the fourth includes a charming bunk bed setup.

Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - The deck fireplace is not available for use. The other exterior firepit is available for guests to enjoy. - Per the Navy's scheduling, there can be flyovers around this home, which can be very loud. The schedules are posted online one week in advance. Please contact our team for further information or questions. - Attention potential guests! Please be aware that the state of Washington's Department of Ecology determined that this property's water source contains high levels of per-and poly-fluoroalkyl substances ("PFAS"). To mitigate the problem, the property is equipped with a water softener and a carbon filtration system, which should, but may not, eliminate most risks associated with exposure to PFAS. By booking this property, you, on behalf of yourself and all guests in the property, acknowledge, accept, and agree to the risks associated with exposure to PFAS. - Please note that infants are considered part of the total guest count under HOA rules. - Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance. - Please note the indoor fireplace is currently out of order and unavailable for guest use until further notice.
Parking Details: - Parking is limited to 4 mid-sized vehicles. - Please parallel park in front of the home. - No parking allowed in the boat ramp area due to HOA rules.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Absolutely stunning home with an amazing kitchen and a beautiful ocean view. We had a wonderful time here and the house has everything you need. The place was immaculate, and just gorgeous. The fourth bedroom is a loft that is open to below , so we put our heavy sleeper here. One small note that my elderly mother was nervous getting in and out of the shower as she would've loved to have some sort of handrail. Aside from that, we have no notes!
