Enjoy a secluded, spacious patio perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the hot tub. Inside, you'll find a warm, inviting atmosphere with modern amenities, a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces and a game room! Located just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, hiking, and local attractions, this is the ideal spot for families or couples.

Outdoor Living - We have a wonderful space to enjoy outside of the home that allows you to take in all the great views that Estes Park has to offer. Sit by the fire pit with your family and enjoy the picturesque backyard. If that is not enough, we have a great patio with an outdoor dining table to allow you to enjoy some backyard grilling and interact with your family.

Walking Distance - Less than a two mile walk down the street and you are in downtown Estes Park featuring several shops and a variety of restaurants. It’s a 1.2 mile walk to Lake Estes, ten minute drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance, ten minute drive to Lily Lake and five minute drive to Mary's Lake.

Games/Fun - We offer many board games, card games, arcade games, tv and a ping-pong table in the game room.

Our Newly Decorated Home - Our home has been recently redecorated from top to bottom. It is now more inviting with light and comforting colors that welcome you into the home and provide a cozy mountain feeling. Whether it’s the all new furnishings or the mountain/western themed decorations, you are sure to feel at home during your stay.

Great Stay for Family

Very clean and had everything we could need for a fun family getaway for a few days. Would definitely stay here again for future trips to Estes Park.

Great property near RMNP!

Fantastic home just a short 15 minute drive from RMNP entrance. The home was extremely clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Very much appreciated the small touches like the espresso machine and the bath robes!

Stayed with family for a few days. Great location. The house was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed sitting outside by the firepit and relaxing on the couches in the living room with the fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated the bathrobes and luggage racks in the bedroom closets. Also enjoyed playing pac man. Would stay again.

Estes Park in the Spring

Fantastic place. Exceeded all our expectations! Plenty of room, great location, well stocked with everything we needed, and the entire place was spotless. Communication was extremely helpful. We will definitely look forward to staying again in the future. Perfect weekend getaway with our family.

Bobcat Bunkhouse Stay

My family stayed for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time the house was perfect for us. The location was close to town and the Rocky Mountain Park. When we had questions about check in and parking the host was very responsive.We would stay again when we are in the area.

Beautiful home, excellent location!

This home was perfect! It was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was MUCH more spacious than we realized and was perfect for our family. The hot tub was a favorite, as were the games in the garage. The kitchen had everything anyone could want and the beds were like marshmallows
so comfy!! The location was amazing and just a quick drive to RMNP. Will definitely be staying here again!!
