Great cabin in Meadows of Dan. Very happy with our stay and with the responsiveness of Jacob. The bonus is our fur babies were welcomed to stay with us.

Very charming, super clean, great location

We had a wonderful stay to relax and recharge our batteries after a hectic day. The cabin is immaculate and decorated handsomely and not overdone. Jake was extremely responsive when we had a question. We definitely would like to come back in a little warmer weather to enjoy the back deck and see more of the area's parks.

Not as described

The road leading to the cabin is not in the best shape. The cabin was clean. Property listing stated it had air conditioning. We arrived on a hot day in April, and the cabin was hot, humid and had no air conditioner. It had been removed for the winter. Contacted the owner and he issued a refund; we chose not to stay. Parking is inconvenient due to being located on a hill above the cabin.

Nice area. We frequent the area and have stayed in other cabins in this section which we have enjoyed. The check-in was easy and cabin was easy to find. We will not stay in this cabin again however as there were too many issues that we didn't expect from our previous experience in other cabins.While in general the cabin is common to others in the area in structure although the living room furniture is very aged and uncomfortable. The kitchen is adequately stocked with most kitchen items but some things are very aged and need to be replaced such as the coffee maker.The parking is very inconvenient. The cabin sits down the hill below which means you are unable to park close for loading and unloading. This was an issue for us with rain several mornings and made the move up the hill an opportunity for accidents.The bedroom downstairs is very dark and has no ceiling fan. Also, the bed is one of the most uncomfortable beds we have slept in as it is very old and hard.The bathroom is fairly normal and has a washer and dryer but the floor is different and would recommend for some that you wear shoes or slippers. Also, many of the towels are stained and ripped.
