Points faibles : Propreté, arrivée et exactitude de l’annonce.
The property needs some tender love. Check-in was tedious as the keypad for entry to the house was not working and the host knows about it. We had to repeatedly press the keypad to get the numbers to show. The property was overgrown with bush/trees to the entry way. The bathroom fixtures need an upgrade as well as the house. The pictures shown are misleading. The kitchen was recently upgraded but as for the rest of the house no. There was a broken closet door and the house had a scent, it needed to be wired out. We had to get a few plug ins to mask the scent. The stairs to the basement are wobbly and the handle/rail to get to the second floor was also loose. Those could be very dangerous. The property has potential to be very nice but some renovations are needed.

Hello Tarriah, We appreciate your feedback. We have a maintenance schedule at the end of this month and will be updating many of the rooms as we updated the kitchen. As for the locks, it is standard automatic lock. Following the opening instructions opens the door fine. Thank you for staying with us!

Points forts : Propreté, arrivée et communication.
Pros,1) The check-in and check-out process was seamless. I was able to get the host via phone upon arrival, and he provided the code to the lockbox.2) The interior of the property is clean, the host has a camera on the property, and the thermostat (Nest) works great. The kitchen has a working fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a gas cooker. The host also provided fresh towels, soap, and lotion in each bathroom, cooking utensils and dishes, and a spice rack.3) Home has a working washer and dryer.4) Ease of access to shops and the highway, and the host was willing to work with us when we considered extending our stay.Cons,1) The home is located in a much older and not as well-kept neighborhood (people's personal belongings, such as a table, dresser, and mattress, were beside the road for many days, even with the rain).2) The basement had a musty smell to it.3) The paint was peeling in the bathroom sink on the main level.4) The microwave is very small and takes forever to warm food.
