Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. The staff at the Phoenix West II were very friendly. The condo was very spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. And the balcony was nice with a good view. Lazy River and pools were very popular with my grandkids. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo and family friendly

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. The kids and adults loved the lazy river and slide. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because it’s not a beach front view. You can see a bit of the ocean from the balcony, but the main view is the road. Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely visit the resort again.

Good location

Great location, the complex is gorgeous and secure! This particular unit needs a new dryer, dishwasher, laundry room toilet and the electric outlets looked in to! Once the minor repairs are updated and fixed I will rate this condo 5/5.

The condo was amazing! Very clean and well stocked. Location was great, except no beach view from this unit. It was chilly for us so not a big deal. Communication with the rental team was great and very prompt. I would stay here again!!

The best of both worlds for families. Ease of location getting to restaurants, shopping, etc. lazy River, indoor pool, water slide, on the beach. My only disappointment was that this particular condo does not face the ocean.

My only disappointment was that it was not overlooking the beach which may have been an oversight on my part. I don’t remember it saying that on VRBO. The ice maker in the condo never worked. It was by far the prettiest and roomiest place we have ever stayed. Love the way it was decorated and had a great trip . Thank you for sharing it with my family.
