The space

Step into a beautifully designed modern living room, featuring two distinct spaces. The main living area boasts a cozy gas-burning fireplace, a smart TV, and plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for gathering. In the second living space, enjoy a vinyl player with a collection of records for a retro music experience.

On the upper level, a second living room awaits, complete with a comfy couch, armchair, and a selection of books for a peaceful retreat.

This spacious home features five comfortable bedrooms, perfect for large groups or families.

On the bottom level, there’s one bedroom with a queen-size bed and convenient access to a full bathroom just next door.

The second floor hosts four additional bedrooms. Three of these rooms share a full hallway bathroom. One room has a queen-size bed, another offers two queen beds, a desk, and two armchairs. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full) and an arcade game for added fun.

The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and its own freshly renovated private bathroom.

The kitchen blends rustic charm with modern convenience, featuring wooden accents to match the home's design. Fully equipped with modern appliances, including an air fryer, Ninja blender, and a coffee station with a Keurig and coffee pods, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area, surrounded by views of the Poconos woodlands, with easy access to the back deck. The dining table seats up to 8 guests, perfect for shared meals and gatherings.

No Poconos trip is complete without enjoying the beautiful outdoors! Step onto the large, private deck just off the porch, complete with outdoor dining, a grill, and seating to soak in the fresh air. Beneath the deck, you'll find a private 7-person hot tub, offering the ideal spot to unwind in total privacy with endless views of the Poconos forest—a truly remarkable getaway experience!

For your safety and peace of mind, this property is equipped with security features, including a smart lock and Ring floodlight cameras.

Our home is located within a gated community, and all guests are required to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. This standard procedure enhances safety for all residents and guests.

Please note that the HOA strictly enforces a 10- car limit per reservation. Once your reservation begins, vehicles cannot be switched, so we recommend planning accordingly.
Guest access
Our property is located in the 24-hour gated community of Penn Estates in the Pocono Mountains. To ensure security gate access, a short form must be signed and submitted 4 days prior to your stay. All guest information is collected on this single form. Please note that there is a $75 fee from the community admin office for late submissions, which will be charged to guests if the form is sent past the deadline.

Upon arrival at the security gate (on the right side), you’ll need to present identification, and access will be granted based on the names submitted on the form. You will receive a vehicle pass for easy entry and exit from the community.

Please be aware that township policy limits us to a maximum of 12 guests, and we can accommodate 7 vehicles on-site. Parking on the street is not permitted, as it violates community rules.

Guests will have access to the entire house, with the exception of two closets, which are reserved for the inventory storage.
Other things to note
Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises, as the owner is allergic to dogs and cats. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining a pet-free environment.
