Great location! Easy walk to the metro and Old Town with many options for dining and shopping. The host was great and the townhouse was perfect for our stay! It had anything you needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Can’t beat this 3 bed, 2.5 bath in Old Town. Location is fantastic, walkable to all of Old Town and the Metro. Accommodations are super comfortable and well appointed. Off-street parking for one car and ample free street parking available on weekends. Will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here, it was perfect for our group, the owner communicated all of the details very clearly and without confusion, the property was well maintained and close to so many restaurants, bars, shopping and historic sites. The bedrooms are adorable and the location is perfect. Quick walk to metro and quick walk to bars and restaurants. Plenty of coffee nearby and perfect neighborhood for walking my dog each day! Host was very communicative and it was very easy to figure everything out for check-in/check-out.

Great location for a bigger family. This house was just right for our family of 6. We particularly liked the easy walk to the Metro station, a nearby CVS and Whole Foods for quick essentials, a kitchen with everything needed to make dinner after a day exploring DC, a washer and dryer, and the off-street parking.

The property was cozy, meet all our needs, superClose to downtown Alexandria with all the wonderful shopping and restaurants. Our request for early check in was accommodating and when we had questions Philip was quick to respond and help. We’d stay again.

This property is not what is listed on line. It is absolutely gross. mold, it stinks, it has paint flaking off the wall, run down. It is super tiny. This listing should be pulled off due to false advertising. There were two staircases that were step and like attic stairs. This is a no go for anyone with mobility issues. 51 steps to the top bed room. The bathroom was so tiny, the closets were ridiculous. Absolutely no where to put suitcases, no place to put makeup on or do hair. The wood on the staircases makes so much noise it sounds like a haunted house. The whole place smells awful. The back patio area is uneven bricks buckled up all over and it is absolutely a hazard. The upstairs has a portable AC unit. Mold in the bathroom on the second floor. Parking is a nightmare. Unless you drive a smart car. I have a ford SUV and it did not fit. We were there for a funeral and once we got to the property we were stuck and could not find another place that quick! Never again!!!’

The apartment is spacious and comfy. Philip made check in easy and communicated well when we had questions. The house was clean and more than big enough for our family of 5. One thing I didn’t realize ahead of time is that there are 2 flights of stairs (back to back) that are rather narrow and steep. One of our pregnant family members was a little challenged, but there were plenty of beds on the 1st and second floor that she could sleep in.We had a great time and would highly recommend this house. Great location with easy and parking.

Property was perfectly located to visit family for the holidays in the area. We walked several times to Old town as it was that close and convenient. I cooked the whole time we were there with a very equipped kitchen. Check-in and response was easy and quick.
