Other things to note
1. No Smoking or Vaping
ABSOLUTELY NO smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises, including inside the house, on the balcony, or in common areas. This includes tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and any other substances. Smoking is only allowed outside, on the front sidewalk, away from the house. Complaints of smoking on the property will be subject to fines in excess of $2000.

2. No Parties or Gatherings
We want to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Parties, loud gatherings, or events such as birthdays or bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted. Violating this rule will result in a $2000 fee, Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect the surrounding community.

3. Occupancy Limit (City Permit Requirement)
This home is permitted by the City of Alexandria for a maximum occupancy of 10 persons total (excluding children age 3 and under). This limit must be adhered to at all times. This means:

-No more than 10 people may be on the property at any time.
-Additional daytime visitors are not permitted if the total number of people exceeds 10.
-Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Violation of the occupancy limit may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, as required by city regulations.

4. Security Devices
For your safety, the home is equipped with security and monitoring devices, including a smart door lock (Nest), a Ring camera, and a Minut sensor. The Minut sensor monitors both noise levels and smoke. Please do not tamper with or disable any of these devices. Any interference will result in a $500 charge.

5. Communication
Should you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us via the App message center. We are here to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

6. Parking
The driveway can only accommodate one car at a time. Please park any additional vehicles on the street, where free parking is available. Avoid parking on the neighbor’s grass or blocking the sidewalk to prevent any issues or complaints. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the area accessible and respectful for everyone.

7. Respect for the Property
This is our personal home, not a hotel. We ask that you treat it with care and respect. If you use something, please return it to its original place. Your cooperation helps us keep the space in great condition for future guests.
