Perfectly located villa in popular Sands Beach Resort.

This apartment offers you the luxury of just relaxing around the pool or on the private ocean fed beach. This quietly located villa where you can enjoy a private drink or meal on the balcony in the sun. On the resort there are 2 bars and restaurants, 1 pool side bar with heated pool, this is a great place to relax whilst keeping an eye on the kids. If you prefer a night out there are many other bars, restaurants and live music can be found within a 5 - 10 minute walk away, which provides plenty of fun for couples and families. For those who are more active ( on site ) there is a fully fitted gym, tennis court or you can try windsurfing which is a 5 minute walk along to the main beach. There is also a golf course approx. 10 minute drive away. You may wish to spoil yourself with the spa treatments. 24hr security and an on site shop. There are markets and great local shopping, however Arrecife city is only a 20 minute bus ride with plenty of shops and stunning waterfront beach. It is the ideal holiday if you want an easy break away with everything nearby and no need to hire a car. You can have a quiet break or take advantage of the many facilities and excursions available.
The villa boasts an occupancy of up to 4 people. Consisting of one double bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living area. Well equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar for 4, looking on to the living/dining area which leads to the balcony and views. The bathroom is well equipped with bath and shower over , wc and bidet with a dressing area which comprised 2 vanity sinks with a hairdryer and shave point.

Towels: Please note that towels provided are for villa use only and not to be taken to pools or beach. You will need to provide your own towels for pool and beach.

please note there is currently some building work being carried out on the site next door to Sands Beach Resort. So there is some noise during working hours.
