The Space:
Orionâs Outlook is a spacious, pet-friendly cabin that comfortably accommodates up to 26 guests in 7 bedrooms.
Kitchen & Dining: The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, Keurig K-cup coffee machine, flatware, drinkware, dishes, cookware, crockpot, toaster, blender, and grilling tools.
Living Room: Relax in the large living room with a gas fireplace, a spacious sectional sofa, and chairs. Sliding glass doors lead out to the back deck and additional outdoor seating.
Bunk Room â Sleeps 6: The bunk room is outfitted with two sets of triple bunk beds, a private balcony with a seating area, and a pool table.
Outdoor Area: Enjoy the private outdoor amenities, including a heated pool, hot tub, gas grill, outdoor dining, and fire pit.
General: The cabin is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with a paid pet fee and manager approval. Smart HDTVs are located throughout, and a full-size washer and dryer are available. Gas fireplaces are operational seasonally from October to April. The maximum occupancy is 26 guests.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire property. If you wish to use the fire pit, please
note that firewood is not included in the booking and must be purchased separately. You
may also contact us if you would like us to arrange firewood for you for an additional charge.
Parking:
Private driveway for 3â4 vehicles.

Pool Heating
- Pool heat is available OctoberâApril for an additional fee of $125 per day with a 2-day minimum.
- Pool heating must be requested prior to arrival and cannot always be guaranteed due to weather conditions or equipment limitations.
Hot Tub
- The hot tub is available year-round. Please keep the cover closed when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness.
Fire Pit & Fireplaces
- Firewood is not provided. Guests may purchase firewood locally if they wish to use the outdoor fire pit, or they can give us a call if they want to arrange it prior
- Indoor gas fireplaces are seasonal and available OctoberâApril.
Pets
- Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval and pet fee.
- Pets must be supervised at all times and are not allowed on furniture.
Parking
- Private driveway parking available for approximately 3â4 vehicles.
- No street parking allowed.
Security Cameras
- For safety, exterior security cameras are located at entry points and outdoor areas. There are no cameras inside the home.
Occupancy Limit
- Maximum occupancy is 26 guests at all times.
- Parties, events, and extra guests are not allowed.
Self Check-In
- This property offers self-check-in with keypad entry.
- Check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
Weather / Nature Notice
- This cabin is located in a forest setting.
- You may encounter insects, wildlife, or weather conditions typical for Broken Bow.
Maintenance / Pool / Hot Tub Disclaimer
- While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working perfectly, occasional service interruptions may occur due to weather, power outages, or equipment issues. We will address any issue as quickly as possible.
Interaction with Guests:
After confirming your reservation, a rental agreement will be sent to you for review and signature. This must be completed before your arrival.
The minimum age to book and check in is 25 years old. Reservations made by individuals under the age of 25 may be subject to cancellation.
