The first level includes a cozy outdoor seating area with Adirondack chairs, a bedroom that will soon feature a king bed and sofa sleeper and a hall bath with a bathtub shower combo. The second level is bathed in natural light, featuring an open floor plan with wood floors and a stunning kitchen boasting stone countertops, a double oven, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious pantryâthe dining area seats six, complemented by a breakfast bar that seats three. The living room is anchored by a gas fireplace, surrounded by comfortable furnishings, and a secondary seating area with a flat-screen TV and sectional couch. Step out onto the first balcony, with mountain and town views. Meanwhile, the second outdoor space offers dining al fresco with a BBQ grill.
