The space
This rare top floor apartment is close to Edmonton International Airport (YEG), West Edmonton Mall (WEM), South Edmonton common and about 25 mins from the vibrant downtown.
You have the option to drive or go by transport as bus tops connecting you Century Park train station is just minutes away.
There are stairs leading to the living room, kitchen, dining room and bedrooms on the the top floor. There is a private balcony or patio with outdoor chairs for your relaxation. It also includes a large bedroom (1 king bed) and 1 queen size bedroom with a shared 4 piece bathroom with bathtub.

The entrance to the property is on the left side and you have a key pad on the front door for easy access.
The entire home is included in the rental with the exception of one locked room where we keep our supplies.
There is no access to the backyard.

This home is part of a duplex, so you have a neighbor who is also the host occupying the the ground floor.
Mailbox: we do not have access to the mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving any mail as we will not be able to obtain this for you.
If you have any deliveries coming to the house during your stay please ensure you have the door drop off or depot pick up. We do not have access to obtain any parcels sent to the community mailbox for this home.
