DT Ketchum- Walk to everything!

Custom built 4 bedroom/4 ensuite bath home in downtown Ketchum. Steps away from restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shopping. A block away from Forest Service Park, 5 minutes to ski lifts and bike path. The home can be divided into two separate units but we rent it as one, you will have the entire 3,000 sq. ft. house!

Loved the property. We were on a working vacation so we all had room to spread out and get to the slopes in a matter of minutes when we had the time. Walk into town, easy access to everything, and a very well stocked uint, all the cooking, cleaning and other supplies you needed.

This spotless property is ideally located to walk to all of the charm that Ketchum has to offer. The reverse floor plan offers spacious double living spaces upstairs with 2 well-equipped kitchens and pretty much everything you could imagine for a comfortable stay. We were in contact with the host before going with a few questions, including restaurant recommendations, and she was extremely prompt and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic Vacation Home

We had the best vacation staying here! With two kitchens and two family rooms this was perfect for our family to vacation together. The location is just perfect being so close to town,near the bike path, and River Run. Debbie was so helpful. She answered all my questions beforehand and throughout our stay. I appreciated her through the whole process. We would love to come back next year!

Great Week in Ketchum

10/10 would recommend. The property is right in town but far enough from the strip that you still feel secluded. The units are very nice, spacious, well appointed, bedrooms are cozy, washer/dryer worked well, etc. We had no problems fitting four couples in the house with several people working remotely during the week. Two fully furnished kitchens was a big plus for group meals or for making lunch/breakfast during the day. Lastly, Debbie was very helpful and communicative - she really wants her guests to have a nice time. Thank you to Debbie!

Great Sun Valley Ski Trip!

Our group of 4 couples had a great stay at this property! The space is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The common areas were perfect for cooking, eating, playing games and there was plenty of space for some of us to do a few work calls. The bedrooms were comfortable. We really enjoyed the fireplaces. The mountain shuttle stop was a short walk from the property and we used it every day. There are two grocery stores and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Property manager Deb was communicative and available for any questions we had. Great visit to Sun Valley!

Fabulous, perfect stay and location!

What a find!!! I traveled with my three adult children and their significant others to Sun Valley. My cousin, who lives there, told me to stay near center of town. So grateful I heeded her advice! Just blocks away from the limelight Hotel- we walked everywhere! To dinner, shops! We drove 4 minutes to Atkinsons grocery store. Everything was within a five minute drive. The condo was perfectly appointed- we grilled several nights and had everything we needed. Cannot more highly recommend this spot! Large, spacious and owner was lovely, communicative and made certain we arrived safely. We will return!! Such a special spot!

Family Vacation in Ketchum

Fabulous home close to downtown but on a quiet street with close access to the bike paths. Beautiful views of the mountains; you can watch the paragliders in the morning fly down from Baldy. Combined two condo set up was perfect for our large family gathering. This was hands down best appointed rental I have ever stayed in. Kitchens had all the cookware we needed. Also well stocked with all the little things that you need like TP, storage containers, aluminum foil, and tape! Debbie was extremely easy to communicate with at check in. We did not need to bother her further because everything was great!!

Super Week in Sun Valley

Spent a week with family in this super nice condo in the heart of Ketchum. Less than a mile from River Run base area, close to downtown and restaurants, shopping. Great location. Condo was clean and well equipped with everything. Each of 4 bedrooms has a bath, two kitchens with all new equipment and appliances. Highly recommend this place.

Great Location and Lovely Home

Our family of five loved this place, the layout was perfect for us, and the short walk into town made the trip much smoother. Would definitely come back to stay again next year. Debbie the property manager was also easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great all around experience!

Great property!

Spent 2 weeks in this wonderful, unique property, with separate entrances on the first floor and open between both units on the top floor. Fully stocked, great layout, perfect work from home setup. Easy walk to Baldy and town. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous Family Accommodations

We wish we could give these accommodations more than 5 stars! It was absolutely perfect for our family reunion. The double kitchens and living rooms plus the 6 bathrooms allowed everyone the full range of what they might want....solitude, private chats, full family togetherness. The location was perfect for accessing walking/biking trails, strolling downtown for shopping and dining. The kitchens and bathrooms had EVERYTHING we needed for easy living. We would definitely encourage folks to enjoy this fabulous place.

Great place

We rented both units doe our family for a wedding week. Location was fantastic. Space was big and clean. Great kitchens. Beds comfortable great water pressure made for nice showers. The no air conditioning was no problem. Cooled down at night and with windows and shades closed during the day it was just fine. Met the very nice and helpful neighbor next door. Can’t say enough good things about this space. Would definitely stay here again

Loved it!

The house was very clean and gave my family of 5 plenty of space. The kitchens were well stocked with cooking items and nice amenities. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings to visit. The location is perfect!

Excellent duplex for two families

The house is in an excellent location. In town, walking distance to the river and paths. Biking accessible to trails. Large living space. All Master bedrooms! Lovely neighbors. Only wish would have been hard or deck to hang out on! We were on the move so much so it was just fine.

Good location, accommodating property manager/owner, well-stocked kitchens, well-stocked towels and linens. Dual kitchens worked well for two families to each have their own space while staying together. No outdoor dining/play space.

Beautiful house-highly recommend

This is a Great house. It is very comfortable with plenty of space for 6 adults to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. Sheets and towels are supplied and there is a washer and dryer if needed. The excellent view of Baldy is a special treat while sipping coffee in the morning! It’s an easy, short walk to town, bike trail, and River Run base-another huge plus!

We've been vacationing in Sun Valley for more than 25 years so when the time was right for us to buy, we chose this home for its amazing location and spaciousness. We love the proximity to the restaurants, bars, movie theater, as well as the Forest Service Park, Limelight Hotel and shopping.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

While the home is located in town, it's on a very quiet street with very little noise. We are set back from the street with Trail Creek running behind our property.
