Everything we needed was there...equipped with stuff for families and kids even. That is a plus since it is a small town. Very comfortable beds, too.

Absolutely wonderful house in a very peaceful location that was perfect for what I needed, and I will be going back! One thing that stood out was not only the cleanliness, but also the organization of the kitchen and the availability of so many different items that I lacked for nothing when trying to cook for my family. Absolutely wonderful.

This little house was clean and comfortable!! I always say the most important thing about a night away from home is a good mattress and pillow. This host has made a great decision to provide VERY comfortable beds. Wish i could give 6 stars!!

We found the cottage cozy and welcoming. It had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Our host responded quickly to our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay in Eureka. As advertised and very clean. Minor communication issue through VRBO platform, but the host handled promptly. Would stay again!

Very cozy

We were in Illinois for a wedding. Very beautiful and cozy house. Very family/kid friendly. We did not have children with us but very impressive how much they thought of children when furnishing this home. They have a child's picnic table on the porch a cabinet dedicated to children's dishes. A cupboard under the stairs full of toys. Books board games. Large yard for the kids to play in.

The home is cozy. The kitchen is beautiful and functional. There is plenty of seating in the living room to relax. Beds were comfortable. The home is very close Eureka College, literally behind the baseball field! We are eager for baseball season and hope to return in Spring to catch a few games.The only concern that I noticed was with fall weather was a few bugs (look like stink bugs and orange lady bugs) kept finding their way in at night, with the cooler weather this weekend. I was not surprised, as these bugs happen to come in at our home in Michigan, too. Its due the cooler temperatures.The home is older, the outside does not reflect the inside at all! It is quite charming. We did not use the backyard, patio, or firepit due to rain. Again, fall weather in the midwest. It's unpredictable and that time of year. The neighborhood is very quiet, and you'd never guess there are neighbors!Overall, my family had a very relaxing weekend visiting Eureka College and enjoyed our stay! THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!
