Welcome to this cozy, newly renovated house that has all the comforts of home. This property is 942 Sq ft, 1 bedroom/1 bath house that sits on an acre lot. Enjoy this quiet midwestern neighborhood that backs up to cornfields yet is only 7 miles from downtown Peoria. 28 miles from Rivian Motorway.

This VRBO was awesome, incredibly well-maintained, and the perfect home base for my trip down memory lane. The entire first floor was beautifully done, and it offered a far better value than most local hotels.What stood out:Comfort & Cleanliness: The bathroom was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable for a great night's sleep.Great Amenities: The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, including a small starter selection of seasoning and oil. There is also a garage available, though I didn't need to use it during my stay.Quiet Location: It’s tucked away in a very peaceful neighborhood. Aside from a neighbor using a weed eater right when I arrived, it was incredibly quiet and relaxing.If I ever return to the East Peoria or Morton area, I will definitely choose to stay here again. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place!

The Cozy Cottage was exactly as described and a perfect calming retreat after our busy days attending the annual IMEC conference in Peoria. The tasteful decor, abundant outlets for charging devices, spacious/sparkling bathroom and quiet neighborhood were all so appreciated. And that sweet office nook made me wish I were a novelist so I could return for a mini writing retreat!Branden was professional, friendly, and quick to reply to all communications. A lovely, welcoming and peaceful stay. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful cozy cottage! Nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the bathroom with large deep tub AND a walkin shower. The kitchen was well equipped and living room very comfy. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed. I am not sure that the blow up queen mattress would fit in the office if needed but it could be used in the living room. Simple check in and very easy communications with the host. Highly recommend!

I was in town for a conference and this was the perfect little place. It's a great size for 1-2 people. The fridge was immaculate and had an automatic ice maker which was helpful to fill up my cooler during the hot weather. There are a LOT of large windows which makes the whole house very sunny and welcoming. Check-in was a little unusual compared to other VRBOs I've stayed at. The host doesn't provide instructions until the house is cleaned and ready for your arrival. I'm used to receiving instructions several days or weeks in advance so I was a little nervous when I realized I hadn't heard anything but the host was quick to clarify when I contacted him.

Superb STR in nice neighborhood

We enjoyed two nights at the Cozy Cottage. It's comfortable, nicely decorated, has great kitchen with everything you need for morning coffee or to cook a meal. The house is near a walking/biking trail that I took advantage of for morning runs. We highly recommend the Cozy Cottage.

This Cozy Cottage was the perfect place to stay near Peoria. I was in the area for a conference at the Peoria Civic Center and was glad I was able to save on money by not staying in a hotel. The property is only a short 15 minute drive to downtown. The home was very clean and well decorated.

Everything was amazing. The host was responsive to all my questions. The house honestly was better than we imagined. Plenty of space to relax and unwind after visiting with friends and family. Will most likely be my go to place when I visit now. Very professional and well kept space. Kitchen was stocked. Stores close by - Kroger is a 5 minutes drive. Close to Morton, the levee district in East Peoria, and Peoria riverfront.
