The Cozy Cottage was exactly as described and a perfect calming retreat after our busy days attending the annual IMEC conference in Peoria. The tasteful decor, abundant outlets for charging devices, spacious/sparkling bathroom and quiet neighborhood were all so appreciated. And that sweet office nook made me wish I were a novelist so I could return for a mini writing retreat!Branden was professional, friendly, and quick to reply to all communications. A lovely, welcoming and peaceful stay. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful cozy cottage! Nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the bathroom with large deep tub AND a walkin shower. The kitchen was well equipped and living room very comfy. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed. I am not sure that the blow up queen mattress would fit in the office if needed but it could be used in the living room. Simple check in and very easy communications with the host. Highly recommend!

Superb STR in nice neighborhood

We enjoyed two nights at the Cozy Cottage. It's comfortable, nicely decorated, has great kitchen with everything you need for morning coffee or to cook a meal. The house is near a walking/biking trail that I took advantage of for morning runs. We highly recommend the Cozy Cottage.

Everything was amazing. The host was responsive to all my questions. The house honestly was better than we imagined. Plenty of space to relax and unwind after visiting with friends and family. This Cozy Cottage was the perfect place to stay near Peoria. I was in the area for a conference at the Peoria Civic Center and was glad I was able to save on money by not staying in a hotel. The property is only a short 15 minute drive to downtown. The home was very clean and well decorated.

What a lovely little home! We were in East Peoria for a 50 year high school reunion and this house was perfect for us. We lived just up the street on Gardena from 1979 to 1981 and it was wonderful being back in this sweet, quiet neighborhood. The home is very clean and comfortable and the hosts are quick to respond to any questions. We were a little worried about finding the place since we were arriving after dark, but the place is easy to find and very well lit at night. The kitchen is well stocked with any tools and dishes you might need to prepare meals. The bath was HUGE, with a tub and separate walk-in shower and everything was updated nicely. If we come back to Peoria we will definitely stay here again.

4.5 stars for me. It was a cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was responsive and kind. Loved the decor. Simple place but really cute. Only concern was a tricky lock pad but owner gave options for entry, I hate disturbing people in the middle of the night, but he made me feel comfortable and not an inconvenience. I would stay again since I work in government. There is a really nice Starbucks and EV charging station near by.
