🌅 THE COMMUNITY 🌅
With the feel and activities of a luxury resort, the PASEO gated community has been voted as one of Fort Myers top communities for 9 years! Designed for walkability, community amenities include miles of walking paths with gorgeous scenery, a huge resort-style pool, poolside bar, restaurants, gym, cafe, ice cream shoppe, and movie theater. đŸ—“ïž MINIMUM 30 DAY RENTALS đŸ—“ïž
This unit is only available for 30+ day rentals, and all prospective renters must go through the PASEO application and background check process. (This is a $100 per adult fee). Given the time needed to complete these processes, we can only rent with 30-45+ calendar days’ notice.


🏠 THE CONDO UNIT 🏠
A spacious Casita Laguna model townhouse condo with two levels of living space and a cozy screened-in lanai (seats 4) which faces the 6 Mile Slough. We love the peace, quiet and tranquility of this unit, tucked away at the back of the community. Max occupancy 6, plus no more than an additional 2 overnight guests (for 8 maximum) who can sleep in the loft. Given the stairs, this rental property may not be the best fit for young children.


🛌 BEDROOMS 🛌
1ïžâƒŁ Bedroom 1 is the "primary/master" on the upper floor with an ensuite bathroom, king-sized bed, guest/tenant dresser, and walk-in closet. It features a SmartTV and Cable box, ceiling fan, and beautiful balcony doors for an amazing view of the 6 Mile Slough.

2ïžâƒŁ Bedroom 2 is a main floor bedroom with a king-size bed, large sliding-door closet, and small entertainment center that doubles as a dresser. It features a SmartTV and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 is directly next to the main floor full Bathroom 2 (shared/common access). Also in the closet of Bedroom 2 is a Pack n Play portable crib for guest/tenant use.

3ïžâƒŁ Bedroom 3 is on the upper floor and has a queen-size bed, large sliding-door closet, and large guest dresser. It features a SmartTV and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 is directly next to upper floor full Bathoom 3 which has shared/common access.

4ïžâƒŁ Loft 4 is on the upper floor, separated by a ceiling-mounted privacy curtain. It has a large sectional couch, a SmartTV, and a RetroStick Gaming system with 2 wireless controllers. A king blow up mattress is available for this space for overnight guests; however, renters are responsible for inflating/deflating the air mattress, storing, and all bedding laundry prior to departure.

🛁 BATHROOMS & AMENITIES 🛁
1ïžâƒŁđŸ› Full ensuite bathroom #1 (upper) is private to the Primary Bedroom (King Bed), has a shower and soaker tub, dual sinks and a water closet toilet. 6 bath towels, 1 bath mat, and a hair dryer are included.

2ïžâƒŁđŸ› Full bathroom #2 (main) is located next to main-floor Bedroom #2. and is shared with the common areas of the unit. It has a shower-over-tub, in-room toilet, and a small vanity with under-sink storage. 4 bath towels, 1 bath mat, and a hair dryer are included.

3ïžâƒŁđŸ› Full bathroom #3 (upper) is shared between Bedroom 3 (Queen Bed) and “Loft 4” on the upper level, and has a shower-over-tub, single sink and vanity, and in-room toilet. 6 bath towels, 1 bath mat, and a hair dryer are included.


đŸœïž KITCHEN AMENITIES đŸœïž
The kitchen seats 6 at the dining table, 4 at the breakfast bar, and 3 in the coffee nook. It is stocked with 8 plates, 8 bowls, 8 mugs, and 16 glasses. Enjoy cooking and baking with newer pots and pans!

☕ Appliances include a toaster, a Keurig K-CUP brewing machine and a traditional 12-cup drip coffee brewer. French door fridge with an ice maker and in-door filtered water, an electric oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. For cleaning purposes, we have a Robot Vacuum on the main floor, a steam mop, a broom, a spot bot for accidental messes, and a vacuum on the upper floor.

đŸ„«đŸ§‚ We ask our renters and the cleaning crew to leave any opened and non-expired spices, oils and non-perishable items (pasta, canned goods, etc.) - you are free to use anything in the pantry or unlocked cabinets during your stay.


💙 CARE PACKAGE 💙
Every 30+ Day VRBO renter will receive an onsite “care package” from the hosts that includes a bottle each of sensitive-skin laundry detergent and bleach, a bottle of dishwasher soap (no pods!), a small bottle of dish soap and a sponge, travel-size bar soaps (2 per full bathroom), a 6-pack of toilet paper (2 per toilet), and a 2-pack of paper towel for the kitchen. While it’s expected that renters provide their own consumables (shampoo, soap, paper toweling, toilet paper, etc.) we like to say THANK YOU for choosing our home by starting you off with a few items so you can settle-in and enjoy the property on day one.


â›łïž 🚙 GOLF CART RENTAL AND/OR CAR RENTAL = AVAILABLE 🚙 â›łïž
Separate rental items with individual liability waivers and private contracts, post-booking only. â›łïž Golf Cart Rental: 2020 EZGO 4-seater, all electric. $25/day or $750/month, minimum rental of $150 (7 days). 🚙 Vehicle Rental: 2020 Kia Telluride LX, 8-seater, silver with black leather. $60/day or $1,800/month; minimum rental of $420 (7 days). ***For either option, please ask host for more details after booking the rental, or first include in your inquiry submission to confirm availability for your intended stay.***

Paseo captured our hearts immediately! Not only is it an exclusive, tucked-away community; but it’s close to everything you could ever want. And, the onsite amenities and daily events make it feel like an amazing resort - you almost never want to (or need to) leave. Wake up and feel like you’re on vacation every day!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Paseo community was designed with a “Tuscan Mediterranean” architecture and vibe.

Many of the units in the community have been renovated to have a “Florida Beach” vibe (blues and whites, coastal art, etc) on the interior. While beautiful, we believe it creates a disconnect between the feel of the exterior and interior.

Therefore, we’ve decorated our villa (“Laguna Casita”) to try and maintain and highlight the Tuscan Mediterranean style: neutrals, naturals, textures, wood tones, bronze, and greenery. We love the authentic feel, and that interior vibe matches the exterior!

Also very unique is the location of our unit - tucked away in the back of the community, facing the Six Mile Slough. A quiet retreat when you want it - and only a short walk (or drive) to the Town Center for activities and socializing!
