"Little House"
A cute single story bungalow that's quaint, comfortable and just 5 minute easy stroll to Downtown Cary. Academy Street is THE place to be! Super host with new listing and 5 star reviews - check out my other listings. The home is furnished with comfort and convenience in mind. Dog friendly with fenced in yard. Cary is a growing, little town in North Carolina. Only 20 minutes to RDU airport, Close to Colleges, PNC arena- for concerts and sporting events. Great central location! Stroll into DT Cary or simply relax on the swing seat in the private yard. Everything is provided for your comfort (lines, towels, washing products, trash bags, cloths, cleaning sprays, and more) There is a cute living room area , with smart TV, and a work station in a separate room if you are on a work trip! The area is residential and all my guests love the vibe of the home, near to the town and train station.

The Little House is very cozy! It is clean, the host is responsive and the property is in a great location. The backyard and porch are so cute. Such a great spot to relax outside. Cary is a lovely suburb with a variety of restaurants, etc. We come to NC because our daughter goes to NC State and would definitely stay here again.

This home was spectacular and comfortable - nicely decorated, great amenities, fabulous location (walkable to downtown), spacious, quiet neighborhood, and the was super easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this home. Dharma and I will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Pippa was amazing to work with and her home is cozy and welcoming! It was perfect for what we needed and the large fenced in back yard was definitely enjoyed by our dog! Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay here! The backyard was perfect for our golden retrievers. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. We loved the short walk to downtown Cary, especially during the festive holiday season. The Christmas tree in the home was a very nice added touch. We will definitely stay here again when in Cary!

The home was exactly as described and pictured. Everything was neat, tidy, comfortable, and in working order. Our host was great, and communication was always quick and easy.Our dog particularly loved the fenced back yard. We had several perfect days for chasing balls and bubbles!

Property is adorable and in a great location. We were able to walk to dinner and to get ice cream. Pippa goes to great lengths to make sure all small conveniences are provided.

Comfy Stay in Cary

This little house was the perfect size for my husband and I. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The backyard was large enough for our fur baby to roam. We could walk to downtown Cary and grocery stores were a short drive away.

As crazy as it sounds, two retirees hadn’t been away in 4-5 years. We chose this adorable house because of its proximity to our son and daughter in law’s work. It was magical. Lovely home with every detail imaginable. We came back refreshed and renewed and ready to continue caring for my 100 year old mother-in-law. Thank you for a perfect house. Our kids dropped by several times to say hi and it felt like home!

Dear Jacob,Ed and I would like to highly recommend the Aviator’s Lounge. We just loved it! It was exactly as pictured on the VRBO website…. Honestly if we could give it six stars we would. The house was spotless and you had all the necessary staples to get us thru the night and into the next day. Very appreciated!We feel that your rental is the very definition of perfect and beautiful! I just loved the theme of every room! Who ever your decorator was, they did an awesome job! Checking in and checking out was very easy

We would like to highly recommend your precious little house in Cary! It was exactly as pictured on the website — if we could give you six stars, we absolutely would. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and truly had everything one could ask for. From the thoughtful touches like eye masks for sleeping and ear plugs for my husband’s snoring, to the adorable pet area and lovely fenced-in backyard, every detail was perfect. Your home is the very definition of perfect and beautiful. It offered such comfort and charm at a very reasonable rate, and Cary itself is such a wonderful, welcoming town. I’ve stayed in a fair number of rentals over the years and this “little house” was the cleanest and most well appointed rental I’ve ever stayed in! We felt so welcomed and had everything we need to make our stay comfortable. It’s super convenient to the cute park in Cary- within walking distance. And we could walk to ice cream parlors and restaurants on W Chatham St. I would definitely recommend this home and we would stay here again!
