Palm Place on Clearwater Beach is located on the number one rated beach in the nation for 2019. Our beach has all the desired vacation activities you would wish for in a beach community, including a wide variety of restaurants, charter fishing trips, dolphin watching tours, jet skiing, and more. Close by on Island Estates is the Clearwater Beach Aquarium where the movie Dolphin Tale was filmed. The nearby Pier 60 has a wonderful playground for kids and entertainment and vendors on weekend evenings. Clearwater Recreation Center and Aquatic Center are a few blocks away with a children’s pool, lap pool, tennis courts, and gym. New playground and Pickleball courts are only two blocks away. Many shopping and dining options are a short walk or trolley ride away.

Very nice , quiet property. Just a few yards away from the beach. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful with any thing we needed. Will definitely make it a comeback location.

This is an amazing property with great host. Out original room was flooded on the day of check in and the host made accommodation for us to move to another apartment. Thankful for that after driving home down 17 jours and just wanted to relax. Communication was great and the family:host was amazing!!This place is a great location. Just steps to the sand between your toes. Will definitely be back!!

Very nice place. Clean and will look to stay there again. Had all the amenities. Beech chairs, towels, kitchen supplies. Please don’t take this in a bad way but the toilet could be a little taller and larger.

Perfect location and cozy home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Place. The location is unbeatable—it's close to all beach activities, restaurants, and shops, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood perfect for a relaxing vacation. The property has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. There’s a lovely courtyard equipped with tables and barbecue grills, both gas and charcoal. Each unit also has its own outdoor area with tables and chairs, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or afternoon drinks while surrounded by swaying palm trees. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated.

Most amazing place to stay!!

1st of all this litlle cottage as we call it is 100% on. It is steps away from the beach, and within walking distance of place to eat. The owners are absolute gems. We absolutely loved talking with them. We had a small suggestion and in less than 24 hours it was hand delivered to us. I wiĺ be returning for future vacation at the Palm Place Resort.

Clearwater Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the U.S. With its wide white sandy coast, it is perfect for walking, sunning, and castle building! The waters are usually calm, so perfect for wading and floating. Palm Place, being towards the North end of the beach, is located in a quieter, more relaxing area. However, if you desire the hustle and bustle, you can take a short walk or trolley ride south to shops, bars, and restaurants.
