The room was nice and clean. Loved that it had a small full kitchen. Only negative is there is not enough parking for all the units.

This was a great place! Steps from the beach and right next to Frenchies Rockway. Very cute decor with modern amenities. Great place to stay and would stay here again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Cute and functional condo with the most amazing location right next to Clearwater Beach and Frenchy's Rockaway. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Everything was clean and well cared for. When I called about a concern, it was taken care of immediately. The location was excellent especially the restaurant on the beach right behind the condo.

Well maintained, clean, orderly apartment. Beach chairs / umbrellas / sand toys available to take and bring back to property. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Liked having the pool area just outside our door. Other guests respected quiet time.

For always usually staying at the Sandpearl, we couldn't get in and found this hidden gem. The room was nice and clean, the grounds were clean and the location was perfect. Will stay again!
