Our 4 bedrooms are furnished with a king, 2 queen, twin, and full bed, and a rollaway guest bed perfect for families and friends or colleagues.

Enjoy the pleasant amenities like WiFi, and TV’s in every bedrooms and a washing machine during your stay.
The kitchen is equipped with cookware to cook simple meals and kuerig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.

Make yourself at home once you arrive, we have high speed internet to connect most of your devices. While cable tv is not included, we do have Roku Tv’s with app’s like Netflix and more. Feel free to use this services with your own login and enjoy!

It was comfortable stay. Let alone the nice neighborhood. They made us feel welcomed as soon as we entered the home.. Just remember repellant.

The water heater in our house broke and we didn’t have any hot water from 9 am - 7 pm. I texted Maria the host at 10 AM telling her we didn’t have any hot water. I did not receive a response so I contacted Maria again at 12:30 telling her that water was pouring out of the garage and it was urgent that they contact us. She called me and said they would have someone replace the hot water heater at 2pm. None of us could take showers. We left the house & returned at 4pm expecting the new hot water heater to be working. It was not. We all needed to take showers to go to a family dinner at a restaurant at 5:30. They did not finish installing the hot water heater until 6 PM and the water would not be hot until 7pm. Since we could not take showers we had to miss the dinner. Maria, the host was at the house during the install & I told her we were very unhappy with the situation and we would like a discount on our stay. At 1st she said no & then she said the most she would give us 50. I did not think that was a sufficient refund for being without water for 10 hours and having to miss our family dinner because we could not take showers. The man who is working on the water heater heard our conversation and he got very angry and came towards me in an aggressive manner and said “She shouldn’t give you any back!” We are extremely unhappy with the entire experience & being without hot water for 10 hours. I think we should be refunded at least 500 for dealing with this nightmare.
Hot water heater broke & the water was running out of the garage. The host was rude & we were without hot water for 10 hours. We couldn’t take showers had to miss a family dinner at a restaurant because we couldn’t shower until 7 pm!

Great area/quiet neighborhood

We went to TPC Sawgrass and was a big enough home for all of us and close to many amenities.Also close to our daughter and son in law. Bonus!The guys went golfing and the women went shopping.Had everything we needed.

Fabulous Find in Jacksonville

We were in Jacksonville for a quick weekend stay. Our children had tickets to a concert and the grandparents were babysitting. Home was beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you needed. The host went above and beyond making our stay very enjoyable. The home is in an area with easy access to get to all the sites in the area. We also enjoyed a fun day at the Jacksonville zoo, just 20 minutes from the home. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Jacksonville.

Excellent experience

The property was as advertised by the homeowner and a excellent location. The house was in great shape and extremely comfortable. Its a very quiet neighborhood and we highly recommend this homeowner and this comfy house! Thank you again!
