(Posted at each pool entrance and within the pool area)
 Pool hours – 10am – 10pm
 No Lifeguard on Duty – Swim at your own risk
 Pool use is restricted to owners, guests and renters
 Broad Marsh HOA is not responsible for accidents/injuries
 Please be respectful of other pool guests
 NO DIVING! Diving is not permitted in any part of pool area
 No glass containers are permitted inside the pool perimeter
 No pets are permitted on pool area
 No smoking/vaping
 Small children not potty-trained must wear water resistant swim diapers
 Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18 years of age or older) for admission
to the pool area
 Please evacuate the pool during storms
 Please discard all trash in proper receptacles
 No balls/Frisbee playing
 No running, horseplay, or foul language
