Prestigieux 5 Star Oceanfront Condo!

Ce condo fabuleux bord de l'océan est un endroit parfait pour tout ce que vous voulez faire à Puerto Vallarta. Le complexe Peninsula Condo est à seulement 5 minutes en taxi de l'aéroport et Marina, à seulement 10 minutes de la Zone romantique. Beaucoup de grands restaurants à proximité et un starbucks à distance de marche. Beaucoup d'espace autour de la piscine à débordement donnant sur l'océan. Grands long de l'année des couchers de soleil depuis le balcon. Ceci est un condo de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains dans la tour 2 au 17e étage, unité C. Les installations comprennent Internet sans fil, une télévision connectée au salon et la chambre principale, un centre de remise en forme complet, une salle de cinéma privée, un bar / salon, un hammam / sauna / bain à remous, un hall magnifique, des ascenseurs et un centre d'affaires proposant un service Internet gratuit , fax, etc. Une énorme piscine à débordement soit pour la baignade ou à gué est juste sur la plage, au cœur de l'Hôtel Zone Nord. Il y a aussi une pataugeoire pour les enfants.

Il y a un parking souterrain, un arrêt de bus en face de la péninsule Plaza, et un service de conciergerie pour appeler un taxi pour venir vous chercher dans le hall. À distance de marche sont excellents restaurants, Starbucks, supermarchés. Wal-Mart et Costco est également à proximité.

Cette magnifique unité de location Puerto Vallarta fournit également un téléphone interne à la conciergerie et la sécurité, des balcons à l'avant et à l'arrière, parking couvert, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, laveuse et sécheuse, serviettes et serviettes de plage.

Great property with beautiful ocean views!

The condo was comfortable, spacious and perfectly located. We loved being right by the beach. The sunsets from the balcony were spectacular! In the mornings, a great breakfast/lunch spot was just a short walk away. Wonderful restaurants and shopping were a quick taxi ride into town. Our host was responsive and the concierges, David and Alfredo were very helpful. We really enjoyed our time in PVR and would book this property again. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful views, wonderful, relaxing with plenty of room for all of us.

Really enjoyed the Incredible view of the Ocean and Mountains, felt as though you were on the Ocean when looking out :) Wonderful breeze with patio doors on both ends of the condo. Pool and beach were used every day, with lots of close amenities to walk or taxi to.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Penninsula! The staff was very helpful and polite. The condo had everything we could need for the week and we were very comfortable. Tim had excellent recommendations for restaurants, shopping and activities. We will definitely return!!

Perfect place to stay in PVR

Tim's condo is modern, clean, spacious and has a drop-dead view of Banderas Bay. Not a bad word to say. If you want a conveniently located HQ in PVR, this is it.

We really enjoyed our stay! Lovely condo overlooking the ocean. Clean and well equipped. Great location. Close to groceries store and there are malls walking distance away if you are so inclined. Coffee shops (Starbucks and a local one are only steps off the property). Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place and location

We had a great time and the views were wonderful. Hosts were very responsive. Only thing is book flight for shortly after Checkout. You can’t stay at the pool after checkout. Understandable with lots of condo owners, but just an fyi.

A Great apartment and what a view!

We arrived at the apartment with no problem and had a good check in once we arrived. The view was spectacular as soon as we opened the door and we enjoyed the first of many gorgeous sunsets off the balcony. The apartment was spacious and clean and the building had good security. Location was excellent. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Breathtaking view of the ocean from the living room/kitchen, fall asleep looking at the beautiful lights and mountains of PV. Staff is so friendly and helpful. The condo was spotless. Most comfortable bed at a Vrbo I’ve ever slept on. Pool is amazing, close to everything you need. A quick taxi or uber ride to everything PV has to offer. 100% recommend

Our Puerto Vallarta visit

The condo surpassed our best expectations. Everything was clean and tidy, there was a large refrigerator, microwave and electric stove top. Two big coffee makers, both of which worked. The view from living room and bedroom are fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed the pools, hot tub, and the beach. Everything we wanted to see was a short taxi right away, taxis were plentiful as were Ubers. We are coming back in November.

Amazing Stay!

Wow, wow, wow! You know it’s going to be an amazing stay when the first thing seen upon opening the front door of the condo is an incredible ocean view! We spent a lot of time on that balcony soaking in the view. The condo was clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. We lounged by the pool all day, and were just a short walk or taxi ride from some amazing restaurants and night life. The owner made the booking process a breeze and was very helpful in getting us get situated. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay

This was our second time staying at the Peninsula complex so we knew it would be great when booking. We enjoy the complex itself for the well maintained clean grounds, beautiful pool that never feels crowded & overlooks the ocean and security. The condo itself was great well maintained, clean had everything we needed with lots of room for our family. My absolute favourite part of this complex is watching the beautiful sunsets on the balcony each evening which from the 17th floor allows for a great viewing.

Fantastic

We enjoyed a fantastic week in this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The property was beautiful and the location was central to all of our activities. The owner was helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to book this condo again in the future!! Couple helpful tips, 1.) walk down to La Isla to get a taxi for much less than the concierge desk. 2.) Check out Cooking Vallarta cooking class, such a fun experience!!

Amazing Stay!

Our stay was amazing! The location was perfect, and the view was outstanding, The pools were great - clean and there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas! The excellent security was reassuring and the staff there were friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and in good order and the kitchen well-stocked. The host was excellent about communication. He sent a list of "things to know" and several recommendations for dinner, shopping and things to do. Our daughters love going to the well-equipped gym and we all loved the spa services. Gotta say that the pool-side service was fast and the food and drinks were great! We would absolutely stay here again!
