This 10th floor freshly remodeled condo is perfect for your next vacation! Spacious 2 bedroom+ den and 3 bathrooms with showers in each. Laundry in unit. There is a balcony that faces the ocean with breathtaking views and another balcony off the back facing the beautiful mountains and city views.
It is situated only minutes from the Puerto Vallarta airport and just a quick bus/Uber/taxi ride to the downtown area.
The Icon condo building has 2 restaurants on site. One being a beach bar and grill the other a gourmet restaurant open for breakfast. Other features of the Icon are the 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, private beachfront, spa, fitness center, library, billiards, business center, private movie theatre with seating for 20 and a concierge dedicated to our building.
There are beach activities and water sports!

Breathtaking

I mean, are there even words to describe this place? You literally wake up to the sunrise outside the 2 bedrooms and the sunset outside the kitchen & and living room. The condo has everything you might need, although we never cooked there. We had snacks we bought from the grocery store around the corner, but ate at restaurants or at the Icon restaurant the 8 days we were there. The staff are all around kind, courteous, and helpful. I was in contact with Gaby, the property manager a bit and she also was sweet as could be! The pool is very clean and being right on the beach allowed for several walks every day. Contact with the owner was also very positive. Please don't think twice about this specific condo. You will have views you will remember for a lifetime. My young adult son, high functioning Autism, literally cried when we checked out and said, "This was so amazing. Thank you so much!"

Family trip

Great place to stay with my family, grandparent and two kiddos. Really appreciate that it’s not all inclusive but still had a good little bar/ restaurant during the afternoon and early evening as well as breakfast spot. The unit was perfect with an amazing view of the ocean. we also greatly appreciated the heated pool. Only complaint is that kids were not allowed in hot tub.

Modestly furnished but all you need!

Basic furnishings and layout....really all you need to enjoy ICON and PV's Hotel zone. Beach is best in PV proper for sure and facilities at the condo are excellent. Front and back balconies allow for an amazing cross breeze if you are not a fan of AC. The view of the ocean is spectacular from the front.

Expectations Exceeded!!!

This condo felt like home and included a breathtaking view! All the rooms were spacious...the kitchen well appointed...the balcony facing the ocean and overlooking the 3 pools was an outdoor room in itself!

Awesome property

Fantastic unit, very clean, and the check-in was even done well with a nice gentleman escorting you up to the room to show you the place and how to work the elevator. We had friends stay at similar unit just given a packet and they were a little lost at first so that was a nice touch.

Property was amazing as always. The Icon is a great place to stay.

The entire team was great, very accommodating for me as I had a very busy schedule. They adapted rapidly for my check in process as I had meetings from the time I landed to the time I left. Will be back very soon and plan to rent this same unit again. The staff at the Icon are always top notch and very helpful if we needed anything. Sad I didn't get to spend more time on property but the upgrades that have been done to this unit are spectacular. Can't wait to stay there again real soon.

Perfect Condo

Not our first trip to PV, nor staying at Icon Vallarta, but it was certainly a terrific one. It all starts with the place you post up, and this place didn’t disappoint. Upon entry to the unit we immediately knew we made the right decision to stay here. The views are top shelf, the unit perfect size, side note; sometimes higher floors creates a longer elevator wait, but not this unit. The host and staff were super accommodating and available upon request. Don’t hesitate in locking this unit down if you come across it. We would guarantee your stay if we could. We’ll be repeat guests no doubt.
