Guest Access:

Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard.



Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.



All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer.

Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, commercial vehicle, U-Hauls, etc).

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves.

4. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the Pool and Hot tub. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

6. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.



Notice: Bellavida – Community Updates. Recreational vehicles such as ATVs, dirt bikes, UTVs, and side‑by‑sides are strictly prohibited, and any damage to common areas will be the full financial responsibility of the owner or guest, so please inform all visitors. The gym will be closed for renovations on March 18 and 19, and will reopen at 9:00 AM on March 20.
