Very well located property! We used it for a Walt Disney family trip. The amount of rooms and beds was perfect. My bed was not very comfortable , we had a memory foam mattress. But that is us, maybe other ppl will like that.We found a vape cigarette in one of the kids rooms. We were not very happy about that. Other than that, our experience was perfect. The garage was an amazing set up for the kids.The deco was cool. The dining room table was spacious but just a bit awkward for our legs.We loved our stay there.

The house is just like the pictures , very creative and cleaned . My children loved all the different themes, they favorite was the dinosaurs tho . I love that the pool is gated up . I would highly recommend this place for another vacation

Everything was perfect. I only gave 4 stars because the tv upstairs in our bedroom remote did not work and trash was left in bin outside from previous guests so they didnt pick up our trash for the 1st 2 days. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay,

Our TVs and remotes are checked prior to each guest arrival, so we’ll be following up with our team to understand how this was missed and ensure it doesn’t happen again. Regarding the trash, I completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We have followed up with our housekeeping team about the outdoor trash bench to make sure it is properly cleared and reset between guests. The stay, home, communications, etc was a 10/10. Pictures don't do any justice here! Everything was wonderful. Perfect location! I would definitely book here again!

Great and spacious

Great place for a large group or family. We were very happy with property and area. I would suggest more TV's due to some of the rooms not having any. Also we did encounter a few roaches but nothing excessive but I would suggest a pest control visit.

Just what we needed

Lots of rooms, ample kitchen area and pool for the kids and grandkids to spend ours in. Pool table and huge dining table. Plenty of room for all 13 of us.

For the overall cost there were many things that were overrated. First, we were towed right out of the driveway on day 2 of our stay. There needs to be more instructions on how to park and the strict guidelines need to be posted somewhere in the home or listed on the website. Also, very few towels and washcloths were provided so we were doing laundry every single day. The garbage disposal had a terrible smell and was impossible to get rid of. The upstairs of the home is almost impossible to cool down and stayed warm the entire trip. Lastly, we were told the grill and hot tub was included in our fee, but there was no code provided to use the grill which is padlocked and no instructions on how to heat the hot tub. We tried contacting the host during our stay, but no response. For the cost of this property the grill and hot tub should have been given and worked.

Everything that is listed under the amenities should be include all in the final price other than extras like using the grill (70) and heated pool. It seems a little crazy to have a grill on site if a nice property that was a pretty decent penny and have to pay an extra 70 just to use a propane grill. The pool seemed to be heated by the hot tub and the “ hot tub” wasn’t a true hot tub unless you activated the keys and heat which cost extra and without the jets its just a regular circular pool attached to the rectangular pool.The property needs a new pool table. The sticks were old there was no chalk and the table was as worn down. And lastly multiple wooden slates were missing from under one of the beds for support so one tenant who paid money couldn’t even sleep in the bed she paid for.

The grill fee is clearly outlined in both the property description and our welcome information so guests can decide in advance if they’d like to include it in their stay. The spa is a built-in feature attached to the pool, as shown in the listing photos and description, and operates as part of the pool system rather than as a standalone hot tub. We’ve since checked the pool table and accessories, including the cues, and found them to be in good condition. We also inspected the bed mentioned and confirmed it is properly supported with a bunkie board and in good working order. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if anything is not as expected, as we’re quick to respond and would have been happy to assist.

The house was fine. Definitely has some wear and tear but clean, except for the grout in the showers had some mildew. We did have 1 roach but being from Florida that didn’t bother us.The living room and one bedroom remote for the TVdid not work. I sent a message via contact host, didn’t get a response until the following day.The QR code that was sent to for one of my guest was expired, luckily they were able to use the code that was issued in my name. The response time to emails from Key Vacation Rentals and when using contact host via VRBO was subpar. Prior to our trip it took me sending 3 emails to get a response about having the heat for the pool on during our stay.Overall just average. Nothing above and beyond.

Was very surprised the spa was not hot! Yes we understood the pool to be cold unless we paid extra to heat but we have never experienced the spa not being heated Beautiful home with wonderful character themed rooms.
