Beutiful place,quiet neighborhood close to city center and Castle
This is a beautiful place plenty of room and everything you need. Comfy beds,quiet and about a 15 min walk to the city center and castle. Off street parking was great.

Ideal location in Stirling
We really enjoyed our stay at Kingsview. The location is excellent and the property is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The only downside is that the kitchen is very small and narrow, with hardly any worktop space.

Perfect Location
Kirsteen was so very helpful and accomidating as we made our arrangements and requests. The apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable.
We were concerned about the distance from the city center, as we have limited walking capacities. However, fish and chips, coffees and shopping were all within an easy walk through this beautiful neighborhood.

Enjoyable stay
No complaints. Some minor points: Some confusion on what to do with the bedding on departure as the Stirling and owner’s instructions were different. Same with bins. But overall a great place.

A VIEW ON THE VIEW
THIS IS MY 2ND VISIT TO KINGSVIEW APARTMENT, I ENJOYED IT SO MUCH I PERSUADED MY FRIENDS TO VISIT WITH ME. THE APARTMENT IS SO COMFORTABLE, WE HAD AN EXCELLENT FEW DAYS. IT IS IN AN IDEAL SETTING WITH EVERYTHING REQUIRED WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE. STIRLING CASTLE AND WALLACE TOWER ARE FANTASTIC HISTORICAL ATTRACTIONS AND SHOULD NOT BE MISSED. THERE ARE LOADS OF WALKS NEARBY FOR ALL ABILITIES AND WHAT A GREAT FIND WAS THE TOLLBOOTH WHICH OFFERS ENTERTAINMENT REGULARLY.

Kingsview Apartment
Information regarding the property needs updating in electronic folder and hard copy. The oven instructions don’t relate to the model installed. The thermostat is not on a wall but is wi fi controlled from a unit on a table.
Crockery, cutlery and glasses are sparse, barely adequate.
The information folder invites you to contact the owner if assistance needed, however when contacted was abrasive and abrupt.
Directions to the apartment could be clearer.
On a positive note, the rooms excluding the kitchen area were very spacious and comfortable.

A real gem in beautiful Stirling
We stayed for 2.5 weeks in July/August. We are a family of 4 (2 children 7 and 9). This apartment was perfect for us. A beautiful location right across the street from Kings Park with lots of green space for the kids to run around, large play ground, tennis courts, walking trails, etc. It felt very safe and was a nice quiet, residential area. This area of Stirling is so beautiful. Lots of old beautiful homes and views of Stirling Castle. We were visiting from Canada. We did not rent a car while we were there. We took the train from Stirling and did lots of day trips in the area. Stirling is a very good central location to do that from. It was a 10 min walk to downtown and the nearest grocery store. It took about 20 min to walk to the train station. A few times we took a taxi to/from the train station and it was very reasonable. About 3-4 pounds/each way. Even though this is a basement apartment it has large windows and is therefore nice and bright. It doesn't really feel like your in a basement. The apartment was sparkling clean. It is nicely laid out and both bedrooms were spacious and had their own bathrooms and lots of dresser space. The owners upstairs are quiet and pleasant. We liked to have coffee in the morning outside in our little private garden area. There is a patio set out there. It took a while to figure out how to run the oven and stove top. It's different than North American ovens/stove tops. But we did manage to figure it out. They supplied enough dishwasher tabs/toilet paper for the first few days then you have to buy your own. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Stirling and I would recommend it to my family and friends. The management company was great to deal with. They were quick to respond to emails and easy to communicate with. Our damage deposit was refunded quickly as well.

Overall, a good place to stay at in Stirling. Apartment was clean and in a nice quiet area, right across the street from a large park. It was only a 10 minute walk to the edge of the city center and about a 15 minute walk to the train or bus station. Stirling is a great location because it has attractions of its own (castle, church, Wallace monument), but it also is an easy train ride to Edinburgh and Glasgow and a fairly short drive to parts of the Highlands. Apartment is a garden apartment, but did have decent size windows in the bedrooms and a patio door to let light in. Items provided were sufficient, we did have to buy a couple of small things we needed. Note that there is no longer any off street parking available if you see that mentioned in some reviews. Parking is now on the street. Parking was never difficult, but you do have to pay 5.20 pounds or approximately 7-8 a day when we were there. There were also some instructions in the arrival information (oven and heating) which were not accurate, so that took us some time to figure out. We did want 2 bathrooms, so that was nice to have because not all 2 bedroom rentals have that. Overall, based on the amenities it provided and the very good location, we would recommend this apartment.

A very nice place to stay

Peaceful home from home, yet near to city centre and attractions.
The apartment is in a beautiful, tranquil area of Stirling, near to King’s Park and yet only ten minutes walk to the city centre. Comfortable, well equipped and spacious with the added bonus of off street parking and an outside sitting / dining space. A good central location for visiting attractions in the area.

Cosy stay in well located flat
The flat was very cosy and had everything you need for a good holiday. There was parking at the rear on the driveway and it was about a ten minute walk into the centre of Stirling. Had a lovely holiday!

Excellent location, great accommodation.
