Stylish Boho cottage

Come and enjoy some Colorado sunshine and fresh air!

The property is a mile from Old Colorado City, at the foot of Pikes Peak and Cheyenne Mountain, with interesting pubs, restaurants, and shopping. Downtown Colorado Springs is less than two miles away.

Recently renovated, featuring an open-plan layout and a new kitchen. Enjoy the modern appliances, thoughtful mood lighting, and tasteful Boho-themed décor. There are two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower. Everything is on one floor.

Please note that there is another unit on the property in the basement of the house. It has a separate entrance at the back of the house and serves as my personal living space when I'm in town. Usually, I'm not there since I work away from home for extended periods. However, if I happen to be using the basement, my presence goes fairly unnoticed, and it has never been an issue. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

I recently stayed at the Stylish Boho cottage, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! One of the standout features of this charming space was the full coffee bar. As a coffee enthusiast, I was thrilled to discover a selection of high-quality beans and various brewing methods.The little details were impressive, from the cozy setup to the assortment of mugs and accessories that encouraged leisurely mornings sipping coffee. Each morning felt like a delightful ritual, and I loved being able to brew my favorite drinks right there.Not only did the coffee bar enhance my stay, but the overall atmosphere of the cottage was warm and inviting. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities one could wish for. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment. If you're a coffee lover or simply seeking a perfect little getaway, I highly recommend this cottage! It truly elevates the experience, making for a cozy and memorable stay.

Lovely place. Perfect location.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely 2 bedroom house. Great kitchen and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for our visit to Garden of the Gods, as well as Seven Falls, and Manitou Springs. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place, great location

The property was clean and well stocked. The bedrooms are big enough that two adults can move around, and the beds aren't pushed up against two walls. The kitchen and dining area are quite spacious for a bungalow style home. The neighborhood is quiet, and very close to the Old Colorado City attractions on Colorado avenue.

Beautiful Boho Bungalow

This was a perfect stay. Lovely home, cozy and well appointed. Quiet safe neighborhood. Great kitchen and gathering room. Host allowed us to check in early. When we walked in the door we knew we found our kind of home away from home. Location is close to both Old Colorado and Downtown. Easy walk to OCC and short Drive to downtown. The snow at the end of our stay was the perfect exclamation point. Watching the snow from the front window was magical.Joel is a wonderful host and this is a equally wonderful property! We will be back.

Excellent stay, very clean and super comfy

My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights and Joel was super helpful and responsive. Everything was smooth for check in and check out, the kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals. The beds were comfortable with several different types of pillows to accommodate anyone's needs.

Very nice place

The place is perfect for a vacation or simply to relax. It is very cozy and centrally located. I plan to rent this place again whenever I travel to Colorado Springs.
