Impeccably clean Accommodations

Multiple unit rental with short drives to Pikes Peek, Garden of the gods and Manitou Cliff Dwellings. Parking is a bit tight (we had a Toyota 4 Runner). Ample choices of restaurants. Place was impeccably clean. Partial views of Pikes Peek and Garden of the gods from deck.

This property is beautifully updated and has everything you need. Centrally located for all the local sights. The deck provides a wonderful view to relax on at the end of the day or to enjoy your morning coffee. It is an eclectic neighborhood where some properties have yet to be updated but once you are inside this property perched up on the hillside it is pure enjoyment.

Overall great stay, location is close to everything.

If you like the Historic District feel you will love this place. If you’re looking for a clean, upscale area this isn’t it. There were a lot of transients in the area overall. That is the only drawback to the property, everything else was perfect.

The OCC

We had a wonderful time. I booked the Nextdoor house of the tri-plex as well since my daughter was getting married. It was perfect! Very clean, cute decor, even the added touches of a few Christmas decorations. The old Colorado City is a nice area & very conveniently located to several places. I would stay again!

Great visit to Colorado Springs

The house was very clean. We did have a problem with the refrigerator smelling like fish but the owners sent the housekeeper over within an hour and she took care of it! The house was in a great location to do all the things we wanted to do. If we came back to the area we would definitely rent here again. Owners were very responsive to questions and suggestions.

Unit was exceptionally clean, close to everything we needed. Reservations were a breeze. Couldn't have been more pleased. 5 deer on property as we left for the airport!! Highly recommend!!!

OCC dream and Centrally located

This property checked off all of our boxes...close to airport, manitou springs, garden of the gods and Colorado Springs. OCC is a friendly local small town with all amenities, shopping etc. The property was like new, clean, and walkable. Will refer others to stay and visit.

Great Property in Old Colorado City

My son and I recently enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully remodeled, has amazing views of Pike's Peak and Garden of the Gods from the patio, and is within walking distance of Old Colorado City. We really enjoyed how close we were to everything! The kitchen is stocked nicely to allow you to cook meals if you choose to do so. If you're looking to spend time in Colorado Springs / Old Colorado City I would recommend staying here - we certainly enjoyed our time there.

Clean, great view, nice apartment.

The apartment was so clean it even smelled good when we checked in and the towels smelled like fresh laundry. The inside was as pictured, even the bathroom was pretty nice. The view and balcony were great. One evening I just sat out there and read a book and then when a storm rolled in I sat at the sliding glass door and watched the lightening. The only detractor was the mattresses were NOT comfortable. If you struggle with back or hip problems from a hard mattress, you won’t sleep. We loved Colorado Springs, I would really like to come back!

Perfect accommodation and location

Everything was perfect. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was newer and in great condition. Great location close to many parks and local shopping. The deck with the view of the mountains was our highlight! Coffee in the morning watching the neighbor cats come and go and the squirrels and birds tending to their busy mornings was so relaxing! Evening relaxation on the deck was beautiful as well. Would book here again. Thank you to our hosts.

Great location with great views

This place was so nice and decorated so beautifully and was close to everything we wanted to do. The views were outstanding! It would have been a perfect stay but unfortunately, one of the patio doors would not lock. I notified the owner the first night and he said someone would come fix it the next day. I blocked it as best I could, but being in a new place with a broken lock was pretty scary. I am a woman in my 60's who was traveling with my 9 and 6 years old grandsons. The next day after returning, it still was not fixed. I again called the owner who said the man was unable to fix it so he was going to have to call someone else. I again blocked the door, but both nights there I did not sleep well and jumped at any noise. That being said, I would stay again-as long as the lock was fixed!!

Nice place

The location was convenient, nice views. Very clean and very well decorated. Cozy and comfortable. Only complaint is people staying below us were extremely loud and disrespectful of others. Woke us up at 1:30 am one night shouting and laughing. There should be some sort of noise ordinance or put in instructions that guests are to be respectful of those vacationing around them with their noise levels.
