This terrific property offers a king bed, Queen bed, Bunk beds and a Sleeper sofa for a comfortable stay. This unit is locates on the 17th floor with magnificent view of the beautiful Turquoise waters of the Gulf of America. Tidewater Beach Resort offers one of the best locations in town within a short 1/2 mile walk to Pier Park Shopping Development. Very close to Frank Brown Park and the Panama City Beach International Airport (ECP)! Amenities including 2 outdoor gulf front pools, 1 indoor heated pool, game rooms, a huge beach front fitness center, movie theater, 4 hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, conference room, covered parking, a computer lounge and a game room. There is also a restaurant, convenience store, ice cream shop, and Starbucks!

This property is located centrally to all of the cool stuff to do in Panama City! I couldn't have enjoyed my stay more, and the condo was HUGE, clean, and had an amazing ocean front view. I'll stay here again and again, 5 stars!!!!

Our stay was great. The condo was clean and had plenty of space. There was 6 in our group and everyone had their own area. We had no issues and will definitely book with Michely again in the future.

The only set back of this stay was the elevator situation at the resort. There are 30 floors and 18 units per floor (except on 1 and 2 there are a few less). There are simply not enough elevators to sustain the number of people occupying such a large condo complex. Otherwise, awesome spot. Great host, nice room. Plenty of space for a large group. Close to restaurants and the pier.

The best yet!

Such a nice place to stay and very clean. It was just seamless and will stay there again! The owner was so nice and worked with us for my son’s wedding day!! I highly recommend staying here!!

Well the condo was excellent and the host was also excellent. The building itself was 30 stories with limited elevators and the elevator wait was horrible. Check in process at 5pm on a Sat was ok since I pre registered BUT there were NO luggage carts available AND when after a 30 min wait for a cart I had to leave my D/L as collateral. Parking in garage was dismal, crowded.Beach was overly crowded and the rules were very restrictive. Priority was given to persons who rented a chair/ umbrella. If you went to beach with your own chair you were ordered to sit within the high water mark, hundreds of persons had to sit within the water lapping on you and no privacy at all, all persons lined up with 1’ next to each other. In conclusion Panama City Beach was the most crowded and congested beach town we have ever been to in Fl. Traffic was bumper to bumper and restaurants had hour long waits or more Thus family will NOT return to PCB

Great clean and fun stay!

The condo was just as described, and super clean. My mom cooked breakfast and had everything she needed in the kitchen. The condo was also walking distance to restaurants. Communication with the host was amazing. The view was beautiful! I will definitely be rebooking again soon.

First Gulf Experience

Condo was nice. Rooms were as advertised. Ocean view was great. Tidewater resort is massive and requires more with their overall services to allow for a less stressful experience.

We enjoyed our stay in PCB at this beautiful condo right on the beach! Our host was very helpful getting us checked in & very responsive to any questions we had. The listing did say it had beach toys & there weren’t any so thankfully Walmart is right down the road! Other than that everything was perfect! If you’re looking for a nice relaxing vacation on the beach book this condo! You won’t regret it!!!!

Our room was fantastic! Super clean, plenty of extra amenities! Host was extremely helpful and very open with communication! Hotel was beautiful and everyone was friendly. Pools are clean and staff is helpful. Coffee, ice cream, odds and ends, are all available in the hotel too! We will definitely be back again! Only negative thing i have is the elevators are always super busy and wait times can take awhile however this is no fault of anyone at all. Part of vacationing during peak times!!!

The place was nice,clean. The host was great and quick. It had everything we needed. (Maybe a few more rolls of toilet paper). Mattresses could use an upgrade. Great for a day or 2 but hard for us for 5 days. I gave it a 4 because the security deposit will not be initiated for 2 weeks. And then 5-7 business days after that it will hit your account. That seems like a LONG time to hold my money.
