Everything was as described. Great place to stay. Great environment. Gave us peace of mind that our vacation spot was not a worry.

Our host Ben was timely with his communication before we even had to ask. He also checked on us to make sure all was well and if we needed anything. The condo was perfect for our needs and the access to the amenities made our stay even more special. A quick walk to the beach or snorkeling in the bay, with gear provided was a treat in the early eve after a day of sightseeing. Ben also gave us a list of suggested places to go and we made sure to visit most, including our daily Dole whip treat. A must comfy place to stay while on the island.

Great property, so relaxing.

Coming from two nights in Wakiki, this property was so relaxing. Turtle Bay offers great pool and beach access. Dining at the walkable Roy's Beach House at the Ritz Carlton was a highlight of the entire trip - we went twice. Short car drives to local beaches and towns and roadside dining options were really fun too. Overall this North Shore property is kind of the antithesis of Wakiki...and it is simply an awesome jumping off point for the entire area.

We traveled to the North Shore for a wedding, and on the day of the wedding, we left for the beach and returned to the condo to get ready, only to discover that there was no power. Before we were able to reach the owners, we contacted the resident manager, who called the power company and learned that the power bill had not been paid.Nikki, one of the owners, did call me on my cell phone and ultimately contacted the power company and paid the outstanding bill so that the power could be restored. We appreciated her taking care of the situation.Unfortunately, having the power shut off due to an unpaid bill was extremely inconvenient and significantly impacted our stay. Had we not experienced this issue, our overall experience and rating would have been much more positive. To say that we were unimpressed with Ben, the other owner, would be an understatement.

What a beautiful place. Nicely furnished, clean, with lots of beach amenities (boards, towels, chairs,etc). Easy walk to turtle Bay and short drive to the food trucks. A great place to stay on the North Shore!
