Vintage was a good description. House was very roomy for 5 people. Beds were comfortable and overall house was clean. Large hot tub was nice. Location was centrally located for exploring the Denver and Rocky Mountain areas.

We had a wonderful stay! Patrick was an excellent host—before we even checked in, he noticed an issue with the kitchen sink and had a repairman take care of it promptly, all before our arrival that same Wednesday before Thanksgiving. He was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had about amenities.The home itself was charming, with a cozy vintage vibe that made it feel warm and welcoming. It was well stocked with plenty of towels, and the large-capacity washer and dryer were a huge plus, especially for a longer stay. The big backyard was another highlight, perfect for relaxing, with a fire pit and BBQ grill that we really enjoyed.Overall, a comfortable, well-maintained place with a thoughtful and attentive host. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This mid-century-modern house has a great vibe. The modern kitchen was remodeled to blend well with the vintage home. The rooms are spacious and the extra space downstairs is a full separate apartment. Our family loved gathering around the pool table.

Great location 20 minutes from downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. 1.5 hours from Estes Park. 20 minutes from Red Rocks.

Very fun

Loved this property very clean and oldies style which made the stay awesome host communicated very well and took care of our needs. There was lots of things to do like s’mores hot tub and projector for movies. The pool table was amazing for my friends to enjoy while we listened to music / everything was provided including ice and soap etc. Bedrooms were very nice and spacious and overall was an excellent experience. Check in was a breeze and we love the space the house provided. Overall had a wonderful time highly recommend for families and friends!

Super cute house but not super clean. Downstairs apartment was a very nice but separate space, which can both be good and bad. Great bathroom and shower. I don't think there was any AC/HVAC to that area. Provided fan helped. There were some windows without coverings in that space wich was a bit unnerving at night. Really fast and friendly communication from host. Nice quiet neighborhood. One backyard neighbor mentioned a floodlight was shining on them all night; we were unaware and shut it off immediately. Would have given five stars if cleaner.

A quiet residential neighborhood close to a lot of the area's best including Tennyson, the 38 Corridor with easy access to downtown, the Mountains and Red Rocks and an easy path to the airport its ideal for someone who wants to really experience the area.

Besides the ideal location, this larger than normal home offers families and groups a unique layout and an unrivaled combination of luxury, MCM style, amenities and comfort. Unique touches like the heated bathroom floor and turntable/projector/ fireplace living room, 2 full kitchens, oversized yard with hot tub make this a great place for relaxing, large groups, romance, or a cozy family getaway.
