Idéal pour les familles qui cherchent une escapade paisible, cette maison offre tout ce que vous avez besoin de se sentir à la maison avec le luxe que vous avez toujours mérité. 1 chambre de maßtre avec un lit king size, 1 chambre avec deux lits simples, 1 chambre avec deux lits doubles de soute (pour un total de 4 lits doubles), 1 chambre d'hÎtes avec deux lits doubles, et un bureau avec un canapé-lit double ( chacune des chambres a sa salle de bain complÚte).

Que ce soit une fĂȘte Ă  la piscine, film familial nuit, ou un dĂźner romantique avec la vue sur la Laguna Madre, les grands espaces de divertissement: Vivre Table salle Ă  la piscine, de la famille Ă  manger-cuisine, piscine et jacuzzi, terrasse spacieuse et grande cour vous la donner le cadre idĂ©al pour des vacances en famille sonderful.

Le garage double se glisse facilement un bateau et une grande voiture. Il dispose d'une buanderie complÚte pour rendre vos séjours de longue durée se sentent comme à la maison.

Beautiful, Roomy Home

The house was more than i expected, it was perfect for medium sized families. It furnished everything we needed all we had to bring was food. My kids lived in the pool. If we come back to South Padre i would recommend.

Good Choice For a Quiet Vacation Spot Near SPI

This house provided a great place for my family and some friends to stay. The view from the east side of the house offers a wonderful view of the bay. We felt the location was very convenient both for visiting South Padre Island and for stopping by some spots on the mainland that we wanted to visit. The house was well stocked and we experienced no problems of any type there during our stay. The owner checked with us via email and phone several times (both before and during our stay) to see if we had any problems so I'd have to recommend this house a really great place for anyone to spend some vacation time.

Upon check-in, we were advised the owners had some maintenance work done at the house. They were unable to physically inspect the house themselves, however, they had assured me that their representatives would check on the house prior to our arrival. When we got there, the house had not been inspected/reviewed/cleaned at all. There were many water roaches in the house, the floor was dirty (couldn't put my baby down to crawl), the grass around the pool was totally over grown (the yard guys came the second day to cut it), the back deck was full of debris (metal plates, roof shingles, screws, nails, broken light bulbs from decorative light strings), the rail on the back deck was broken in a couple of places, there was a fishing pole in the water still (and a tackle box) from where someone was fishing. The guest house doors do not lock, they are weathered and hard to close, there was take out food left in the fridge). The upstairs trundle bed (bottom pull-out) was covered with rat poop, apparently hadn't been used or checked in a while. The owner knew we spent our first day cleaning and didn't offer to return any of the cleaning fees we paid (the place is obviously not cleaned). We also spent the first couple of days of our trip without internet and TV (hard on the kids in the group). The heater had been left on full blast for the heater so the kids couldn't even enjoy the pool (since there was no TV or internet) the first day until it cooled off on the second day. It is a great home with a spacious layout, good location, great fishing from the deck, it is just not kept up with.

Besides the balcony railing and staircase railing falling off due to poor maintenance. The fishing Pier lights did not work Pool lights did not stay on The mosquitoes were terrible.

Beautiful

The house was just beautiful. Quiet, clean, full of entertainment. The fishing dock was PERFECT for all the fishing enthusiasts. The view of the fireworks at night was breathtaking. Very nice home. Thank you for letting us share your home.

Weeken Getaway

Peaceful Get-away

This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the lake. The property is well maintained and provided many activities to keep our family entertained. There is a very clean park across the house, fishing from a private pier, a pool table for late night competitions and last but not least the beautiful sunsets from the back patio or the relaxing time in the pool. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house.

A complete vacation in one house!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous Laguna Vista home. I fished about 14 hours a day right from the backyard pier and off my canoe. The pier features a lowering ramp so you can adjust for low and high tides. My kids never got tired of the swimming pool and even sat in the adjacent hot tub every once-in-a-while. My mom has trouble with her knees but she didn't have to climb any stairs! We set her up in a poolside cabana with her own facilities where she enjoyed her privacy watched her grandkids swim. My wife and I indulged in a massive master suite with a king-size bed with a world-class view of the bay. It was very cool! The kitchen was awesome--we hosted a party and easily cooked all the food we needed with the full set of cooking supplies. There's so much to describe that we enjoyed but my highlights included the *COLD* A/C, the full-sized pool table, from-the-backyard fishing and quick access to the local HEB grocery store and Walmart. The neighborhood is super quiet with a police station nearby and a great park with a covered basketball court right across the street. I can't wait to go back!
