In nearby Port St. Joe, venture out to enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants. Make sure to check out the Light House!! SNOWBIRDS WELCOME
Perfectly situated for a warm winter escape, with low monthly winter rates. Snowbird season runs November through March on a monthly basis. Select your arrival and departure dates for a qualified quote (alternate dates by pre-approval — just ask).

*House rules and disclosures:
Must be 25 or older to book
Maximum occupancy is 4 (adults and children combined) — the sofa is not a bed
Disorderly conduct on or off the property may result in eviction
ID verification is required before check-in instructions are sent
Rental agreement must be e-signed before check-in instructions are sent
**No-Smoking Policy
For the comfort, health, and safety of all guests, Toucan Escape is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free property.
Due to severe allergies, smoking, vaping, the use of e-cigarettes, cigars, cigarettes, pipes, marijuana, or any other smoking products is strictly prohibited inside the home, on the porch, in the outdoor shower, and anywhere on the property.
Even residual smoke and odors can trigger serious allergic reactions and may require extensive cleaning and temporarily make the home unavailable for future guests.
If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, a minimum $500 cleaning and deodorization fee will be charged, along with any additional costs incurred if specialized remediation or loss of rental income is required.

**Pet Policy: This property is not pet-friendly and is an animal free zone due to severe allergies. If you bring a pet to this home, an automatic charge of $500 will be imposed and/or you will be asked to vacate the home immediately.

Guest access
You'll have the entire home to yourself, except for two owner storage areas that stay locked and monitored to keep guest supplies secure.

*Half Bath is located outside with toilet/paper and shower (men’s favorite)
*Mattress and pillow protectors are in place
*Exterior security cameras on the premises
*Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as our cancellation policy is firm
*We can't be held responsible for temporary acts of nature beyond our control
*Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each quest's stay.
