Your time has come to experience all that Sunset Bay has to offer! This cabin offers 3,800 sq ft. of living space, with an oversized loft and four bedrooms, which accommodates up to 15 guests. You're welcomed into the lower level with a full bar area, pool table, full size dart board, arcade game, and indoor corn hole. Head upstairs where you'll find two wood burning stone fireplaces, three TV's, board games, and multiple relaxation areas to view the lake. Outside amenities include an outdoor gas grill, two outdoor firepits, cornhole game and a large deck/patio area with sunset views. Take a short walk to the cluster pier area with an owner provided lift that fits most boats (reach out for further information). Access to the boat launch, public beach, multiple bars, restaurants and golf courses are a short drive away.

Please keep in mind that this home is in a secluded, forest area. For those looking to escape the hustle and bustle, this is a great location. Some guests prefer to stop and pick up necessary items/food on their way to the home. Be sure to reach out with any questions regarding travel time to entertainment opportunities in the area.

Please take note that the kayaks have been stored and the pier has been removed for the season.

Bedrooms
The cabin is equipped with four bedrooms, each including king-size beds carefully curated to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. The loft area also offers two full beds along with a twin over full bunk bed.

Bathrooms
You can expect to find two full bathrooms, one including a shower over tub combo and the other a standing shower. Towels and basic toiletries will be provided for you. Bathroom on lower level includes stand-up shower Bathroom on main level includes shower-over-tub combo

Kitchen & Dining
Whether you decide to dine in or order in, a fully equipped kitchen will provide you with all of the necessities to enjoy your meals. There is a large island area with seating for six along with a dining table to seat eight.

Guests will have access to the following throughout the home

- Free parking onsite - driveway is sufficient for multiple cars along with boat trailer/s

Guests will have access to the entire home excluding the locked storage/cleaning closet on the lower level behind the stairs. This room is to remain locked during the entirety of your stay.

Other Things to Note
- Please be aware that there is a Ring camera located at the main entrance. This camera uses both video and audio recording
- Access to the pier requires a short walk and is not accessed directly behind the property
- Launching the kayaks will require use of a provided cart to transport them to the pier. May take more than one individual to help with transportation of the kayaks
- The garage is NOT available for guest use at this time
- Please note that guests will NOT have access to the locked storage/cleaning closet on the lower level behind the stairs

House Rules
- We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this is may be your vacation time, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum.
- Please understand that there is NO lifeguard on duty while swimming.
- Kayaks & Canoes MUST be brought back up to the home and not left near the water
- This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping in the home. There will be a $250 fine if any substance use has been used and extra cleaning services are needed.
- We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic, please respect that. If the pet is a service animal please feel free to share papers/documentation. If any signs of a pet were found upon departure and extra cleaning services are needed there will be a $250 charge added.
- We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything, please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later.
- Should it be observed that there are additional guests above and beyond the listed limit for the home, guest will be charged an additional $50 per guest above the limit

- PLEASE NOTE: A $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD WILL BE PLACED, FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY, ON YOUR CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE BOOKING. BY CONFIRMING THE RESERVATION, YOU AGREE TO THIS HOLD BEING PLACED.
- ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN S1NERGY STAYS' RENTAL CONTRACT PRIOR TO THEIR RESERVATION. YOU MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ALL CHECK-IN INFORMATION.
