There is a boat launch within 2 miles as well as a dock for use with your motorized boat (NOTE: Boats must be removed at night). Enjoy massive views of the lake with beautiful sunsets. For the days that don’t allow you to explore the outdoors, enjoy some indoor entertainment with multiple televisions, a basement filled with games such as Golden Tee, Foosball, chess/checkers table, or enjoy some quiet time with a puzzle. Situated on two acres, Sanctuary Shores’ property offers exploration of its own with two ponds, a wooded trail, a large back yard, a fire pit, a large deck, as well as views of Castle Rock Lake. Access to a sandy bottom beachfront is perfect for the kids to go for a swim.

Other Things to Note
- Boats can only be docked during the day. Boats CANNOT be docked overnight
- Access to the pier requires a short walk. While the pier is not directly behind the home, it is accessible from the property. Please view listing photos for location reference.
- Please be aware that there are Arlo cameras outside the home. These cameras use both video and audio recording
- The garage is NOT available for guest use at this time
- Please note that guests will NOT have access to the locked storage/cleaning closets, one on the main level just inside the main entrance and one in the basement on the south end

House Rules
- We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this is may be your vacation time, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum.
- We take pride in providing a clean and well maintained property for all to experience. While we aim to provide all with a great stay, parties or events are not allowed at the property out of an abundance of respect for our neighbors and all future guests. Should extensive cleaning be required due to observed events, additional fees will be added.
- Please understand that there is NO lifeguard on duty while swimming.
- Kayaks & Canoes MUST be brought back up to the home and not left near the water
- Per the WI Power Company, ALL items MUST be removed from the first 100 ft of shoreline and placed back at the property each night. This includes items such as lawn chairs, floatables, kids toys, etc. Should it be observed that any guest of the property leave items within 100 ft of shoreline overnight, guest will be charged $500
- NO overnight parking of your boat at the dock. Sanctuary Shores' dock is considered a DAY DOCK and is for renters use ONLY. While boats are allowed to be tied off to the dock during the day, it is mandatory that all boats be removed from the water overnight and cannot be tied off to the dock. Please be observant of the weather. If you recognize windy conditions, please remove your boat from the dock and out of the water. Should any damage to the dock occur due to misuse, renters will be responsible for the damage incurred. Should it be observed that any guest of the property dock their boat overnight, a $250 charge per night boat docked will be charged to the guest.
- This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping in the home. There will be a $250 fine if any substance use has been used and extra cleaning services are needed.
- We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic, please respect that. If the pet is a service animal please feel free to share papers/documentation. If any signs of a pet were found upon departure and extra cleaning services are needed there will be a $250 charge added.
- We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything, please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later.
- Should it be observed that there are additional guests above and beyond the listed limit for the home, guest will be charged an additional $250 per guest per night above the limit
- Should it be observed that law enforcement report to the property as a result of a noise complaint, guest will be charged $500 per incident.

- PLEASE NOTE: A $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD WILL BE PLACED, FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY, ON YOUR CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE BOOKING. BY CONFIRMING THE RESERVATION, YOU AGREE TO THIS HOLD BEING PLACED.
- ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN S1NERGY STAYS' RENTAL CONTRACT PRIOR TO THEIR RESERVATION. YOU MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ALL CHECK-IN INFORMATION.
